Fly Now Pay Later is a friendly alternative payments company and we’re on a mission to make your booking even easier.

Can you please just let everyone know that your company is going through bankruptcy! Instead of lying to everyone and telling them that the app is down and the “engineers” are fixing it, it’s better to let people know exactly what is happening… you lying to customers does not get you anywhere. I’ve been approved £2500 and cannot seem to use it. I was told by a flight agent what is going on with FNPL

I purchased a ticket via App my money was deducted twice using virtual card and ticket issued according to the email I received when they wanted me to pay more money. I sent a message and was told it was confirmed given a ticket number and airline name,as I had not received proof of ticket. Two days later I planned to purchase extra luggage, called the airline which was Luftansa. I gave the customer service my ticket number he won't found it. I told him it's confirmed he then said my ticket was cancelled on the day I paid. The person at Luftansa had no explanation. It was an inconvenience and devastating I have sent fly now pay later emails, phone calls no one responded as I wanted answers. Suddenly, I could not log in the website App after paying I got blocked. Clearly, its fraud. My bank contacted them and my money got refunded by fly now pay later. I was greatly inconvenienced as I had planned my journey had to buy a new ticket from Ethiopian Airline . But now fly now has put it against my credit score. This is a scam they took my money, cancelled my ticket without notice and no explanation up to now and now it's appearing in my credit scores default. I have proof of emails I sent to them no response. How can I get this resolved my name removed from credit default and my credit score has been affected. My bank got involved I had to ask them to contact them as my efforts were fruitless fly now later refunded my bank after they defrauded and failed to provide a service Ticket never existed. I can no pay for something I never used. Or else I will contact newspapers and other social platforms I will not rest until justice is in place if I don't get help I will not rest until I get my name cleared. Please clear my name. I did not use your ticket, you cancelled it without informing me.

time to change engineering team guys.!! this is something else not engineering problem loosing customers...

Reply from Fly Now Pay Later
So what is going on with your engineering team still have an issues? I can't believe it's taken so long to fix your website and app. Maybe you need to find new engineers and know what they're doing. Why even have an app if it has not worked for months? How about some answers? Not a bunch of excuses

Back In May 2020 I started receiving letters by post from a company I had never heard of called “Fly Now Pay Later” saying that I owed them money, at first it was for around £300.
I called the number on the letter and the call was picked up straight away, and the voice on the other end of the phone sounded like they were overseas (not unusual for even UK based companies) they asked me straight away to give them personal details for security purposes, which I declined. They said that they could not discuss any account details with me until I went through security (again, this is standard but I do not trust this company, I have no idea who they are and I am not comfortable giving them my personal details over the phone) I ended the call and contacted police Scotland via 101. They filed the report gave me a crime reference number. They told me just to ignore any further letters and report the scam to Crimestoppers, which I did.
Over the next couple of months in 2020 I received more letters from Fly Now Pay Later, each time a new letter came through the door it was for more and more money. I kept them all in a drawer and continued to ignore them.
The next letter I got came from a debt management company. I called them up and felt more comfortable giving them my information as the letter looked more legit, their website more professional looking and the call handler was English. He took my crime reference number and told me they would investigate it. This was the last I heard from either company.
I’ve since sold the property I was living at while this was going on and unfortunately never kept any of the letters. I now wish I had but as far as I was aware the matter was resolved.
Today I was using the proceeds from the sale of the property to settle some genuine debts and then ran a credit report through my mobile banking app. It was then I noticed that this bogus debt was now showing on my credit history. I opened a dispute with Fusion who generated the report and received an email within an hour saying that my dispute had been unsuccessful. I sent them a follow up email asking them to advise me how they reached this decision and on what grounds this was rejected.
I then contacted police Scotland again and am awaiting a call back (this can take days, if not longer)
I feel it is important to clarify that I *have not* signed up to any sort of credit agreement with any lender relating to booking flights. I do not have any emails or correspondence from Fly Now Pay Later or any other lender prior to the letters I received in 2020 when my account was allegedly in default.
According to the credit report the account was first opened in December 2019. I did travel to the United States in 2019, but in September and my flights were booked and paid in full via an online travel agency Travel Trolley in July 2019. I have emails, a booking confirmation and an invoice to back this up. None of which anywhere mentions Fly Now Pay Later.

Set up account. Went through credit checks, approved. Can I use it at all? Nope…app keeps “loading”, no one available to help, the app doesn’t work, the help service doesn’t work.
Really awful.

Been using for a while with no problems at all until they have make changes to their payment method. So did everything was told to do I.e pay direct to fly now as they are upgrading.Again no problems until they ask for me to re-add my payment card. Again no problems until they have now given me a missed payment fee through no fault of my own. Nothings changed on my account didn't even change my payment card but managed to take all the payment plus late fee! SCAM SCAM SCAM! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Tried everything to co tact but can't get through to anyone stay well clear!

Scammers.
They make you enter personal details, credit check and give credit agreement, yet have no intentions of offering a service!
You will not be able to make any sort of booking!
Avoid

As with other reviews I am frustrated at the delay in processing a refund. Until this time the service I received from Fly Now Pay Later was fine and I had no issues. Unfortunately I had to cancel my flight and am due a partial refund of the amount paid. I was contacted by Fly Now for my bank details and advised that payment would be made within 10 days, this hasn't happened. Since then I have not received a response or update, other than a second request for my bank details. It's unfortunate as I now probably wouldn't use their service again or recommend them.

I am a new customer and only opened the account last year. Worked fine and all good.
So this year in February I tried to book again and have been getting an error message since March. Every time I email I get the same message .. oops there’s an error and our technical team are trying to resolve it asap.
That was two months ago!! The technical team have still been unable to resolve this. Worst experience ever. I booked my holiday with my card in the end. Customer service is none existent. Robot messages each time. Have been a very good customer and always paid on time. This error message and unable to use the virtual card were never resolved.

Absolute joke company. I have never had a credit card with them , yet they mark my credit report as a default every single month despite a respected credit reference agency TransUnion desperately trying to act on my behalf and remove this wrong monthly report. Joke joke joke scandalous company. Beware of them . Use them at your peril

Been trying to book my tickets despite having a credit limit being told there is no credit on my account. The app not working and just keeps buffering. Poor customer service don’t respond to you quickly and the worst bit no contact number. Well they do have one but its automated!!! Terrible app.

I’ve been trying to use the fly now pay later app to book flights but apparently app is frustratingly poor. Also I raised issue of inability to create virtual card and reply is technical issues which apparently their competent (so called) engineering team trying to resolve for several weeks on end!! Furthermore if you ever try to call them, automated message and Adios! Absolutely frustrating and appalling
20/04/23; since I’ve had good communication from fly now and they have been and demonstrated commitment to resolve ongoing issue

edit : they than have the cheek to ask me to amend my review!! After offering just a lacklustre apology despite the stress this has caused.
Please don’t use this company. You will never ever speak to a human. To start of my experience they took two lots of deposit off my card then took ten days to refund well actually had to get the bank involved. Secondly they keep sending automated emails to say my account is overdue when quite clearly it’s not and even the app is representing that’s it all up to date. They won’t add visa debit for continuous authority. Their chat function is broke no phone numbers. Is this just run my robots?
