Booked with them

Booked with them, they said I will receive confirmation within next 24 hours. It has been way longer than that and have got nothing. No confirmation nothing. They took my money and when I try to contact them via email and live chat they don’t respond. I can’t sleep now because they have my money and I have nothing to show for it

They made me pay £1250 for a useless flight ticket

They made me pay £1250 for a flight ticket which not even useful as they issued me without asking me if l had a transit visa or not with a ticket where l needed a transit visa in Austria. When l received the flight ticket and told them l don’t have a transit visa so requested to change the itinerary but they literally never got back to me even though it was nearly two weeks from my departure day. Therefore l have to buy another ticket from elsewhere and unfortunately l have also have to pay £1250 to flynowpaylater.

Great business idea!

I didn’t know this existed and it is very convenient for me to spread the cost of what is going to be quite an expensive holiday with the girls! Will definitely use this website again ☺️ Nice and easy website to navigate too.

Extremely unaffordable

Just found the website. Checked the flights of a trip I'm planning and they are charging 3 times as much as skyscanner!!

Plz do not book with this company it’s…

Plz do not book with this company it’s a fraud it’s a bogus company they take ur money from you and den they lie that they don’t have the ability of ur package with them and de don’t refund your money back to you saying that you have to book another flight with them regardless your situation they don’t reply back to your emails at all it’s like talking to a thick wall please avoid this company I should have read all the reviews first my mistake please avoid this bugus company 🙏 the whole teams involved in it the company should be shut down so unprofessional of them I am taking my case with them further it’s not about the money it’s the principle that how they are taking money of people it’s called stealing from customers fair enough if there isn’t any flights then yes tell your customers and return them their money that’s what you call working with your customers in a professional way not like this company by keeping their money how many vulnerable people’s Money must they have kept and how rude to ignore their customers and then hide from them a big company like this I am going to share this with all social media so that people can avoid what I have gone through Maria 🙏 they themselves told me they will give me my refund back in 7 days it’s been 12 days I have not heard anything from them nor as my money come through so unprofessional of them 🙏

We have verified all the details and we can see all your email requests were responded within 24 hours timeframe. Once a booking is unavailable, we contact the customers with available options and once agreed we proceed accordingly.
In this case as no different booking was made, we requested your payment method (flynowpaylater) to refund the payment. We also clarified that refund processing can take 7-10 business days including the bank processing time. Please let us know if you have still not received the refund from Flynowpaylater, or contact them directly.

BIG SCAM

BIG SCAM. AVOID!!!

UPDATE: air Canada have processed my refund to this travel agent but the agent still refuses to release my money even though they have it!!
I purchased ticket to fly to Canada July 29th flight Flight AC151. I paid using their fly now pay later service. I was not allowed to board the plain because the UK was still in national lockdown and also I was not legally allowed to enter Canada as they were also in lockdown. I have received no refund or even offered a travel voucher. There was a final balance of around £100 left on the pay later statement which they are now demanding for a flight I never boarded.
I have contacted a solicitor and legal action will be opened in the next few days.

AVOID this company at all costs
