Extremely dishonest company, I have received a bank transfer of 1000 euros and they are not adding it to the balance. This is a scam company and no one should trust them with their money. Be careful and run away from flykk.
As I already told you, either immediately forward the amount to my IBAN that I sent you or refund it to the sender and close the account, you pathetic bastards.

Deposit 650 for hotel booking, money blocker and dissapeared. ask for clarification, then send screenshots bookings, even a hand written letter, then they ask me for the passport of the sender which the sender didnt feel comfortable too. they lock my account until i provide the passport of someone else. asked them to send back the money to the source and close my account but they refuse

I’m disappointed with Flykk’s handling of a 300 EUR personal transfer sent to me by a close friend (Reference: CTFLY20250719-001082).

The transfer is marked "completed" in the app, but the funds never appeared in my available balance. I was asked to justify the source, which I did — it’s a personal, non-commercial transfer from someone I’ve dealt with before on other platforms like Paysera and MyFin without any issues.

I carefully read Flykk’s Terms & Conditions before using the app, and there is no clause stating that personal transfers are prohibited. If this is an internal rule, it should be made clear to users before such actions are taken.

I’m not trying to cause problems — I just want clarity and fair treatment. If personal transfers are not allowed, I’ll adjust how I use the app going forward. But it’s not acceptable to block funds without warning or transparent policies.

I hope Flykk will respond to this review and help resolve the issue fairly.
