I saw a deal for a christmas ornament so I bought 40 to sell on for more, the company has the right to refuse sale if it was a mistake or they misold to many, no problem.
My review was the way they do this, they took 3 weeks before refunding and then telling me sorry it was a technical error and to re-order.
clearly I can't reorder as its gone now.
as I said a mis-price doesn't have the be given and I didn't care, however what I do care about is first holding money for weeks, and second then lying about it.
I tried to express my concerns that this was poor behavior and was really not warranted, but they just ignored.
Are you going to order and get your stuff?... most likely
are they a company you should trust.. on my expierence likely not.
I think the low stars on here says it all.

I spent £75 on my grandchildren’s…
I spent £75 on my grandchildren’s Easter hunt presents at the Putney store last week. . A reel of Sellotape I bought, when opened, did not function, and the metal serrated edge fell off. I returned to the store where the shop assistant agreed it was defective, agreed that it had been bought at her shop, but said it was company policy there unless I had a receipt I could not have a replacement item. I did not have a receipt, and so she refused to help me. The shopper standing behind me said that she would walk out of the store in solidarity without purchasing the items she had picked up. She also spoke to a person just outside the shop and recommended that they should not come in because of such poor customer service. No wonder the trust pilot scores are so low.

Extremely poor service
I’ve shopped with FTC for years and always really loved their stuff.
However, I made an online order which was then cancelled 13 days later after I gave my full address and some of the products I purchased are no longer in stock.
They claim to have not been able to process it despite not having my correct delivery address. However I sent them the full address and I have had an order sent to my address before.
There was no attempt to rectify this other than free shipping for my next order which I now won’t be placing because of this poor service.
I asked to make a complaint and was essentially told I won’t be getting my order. The person who responded was polite and clear though.
Whole experience has put me off from buying from FTC in the future, which is really a shame.

Good online customer service
I made a purchase of multiple items for gifts, value was around £40, delivery as stated on the website, 5-7 days. I wanted to return my order, there is no obvious way to do this on the website so I contacted customer services by email. The response took about 24 hours but from there the response rate was very quick and once they understood my request the resolution was very satisfactory and my refund was processed same day,

Love this shop!!
Staff in store are always lovely and friendly, love the range of products. Ordered online and had something break in the post (it was well packaged and protected) and was able to get a refund super easily. Highly recommend.

One member of staff can cause a bad impression on the business.
I love this shop. Don't get to visit one as much as I would like. When I say I love it, I mean the products. I would give the products 5. Sadly my experience at Bromley on Tuesday morning didn't make me want to visit again. Male and female in there. Make I can't say nothing about as he wasn't near me. The female by the self service miserable. I don't expect much as I served myself but she paid no attention and no smile. I said by bye and got nothing. Nope, nothing in-fact she may of forgot even customers was even there. She may need to be reminded basic awareness and customer service goes along away.

Flying Tiger's a winner imho
I've used FT online for several years and haven't had any problems whatsoever. COOL stuff, easy ordering, good prices, amazing sales, reasonable shipping..why are the ratings so low? Their quirky products are high quality and reasonably priced, perfect for little gifts and RAKs. I just wish there was a store near me.

Super Christmas Shopping Experience
Fabulous online shopping experience all over the Christmas shopping period and sales in January. Orders were on time beautifully and sensitively packaged and in some cases of a much higher quality than I expected. I went back to your site again and again for decorations for presents and stocking fillers. Here I am revisiting for lovely autumn items !

Rude security personnel
deeply disappointed and frustrated with the treatment my family and I received at your ILAC Centre branch in Dublin on Saturday, February 17th. My two children, aged 17 and 6, and I have been regular customers of Flying Tiger, often visiting on Saturdays for a browse and to pick up small toys for my youngest.
On this particular visit, we were greeted with hostility by a security guard upon entering the store. Despite explaining that we would not be drinking our coffees that we were holding inside and that it was common practice for us to bring our drinks while browsing, the security guard rudely demanded that we leave immediately. His behavior was not only unwarranted but also extremely distressing for my 6-year-old son, who has autism, ADHD, and struggles with rejection sensitive dysphoria. His day was ruined, and he went to bed that evening still upset, feeling as though he had done something wrong.
After leaving your ILAC Centre branch, we visited another Flying Tiger branch in the GPO Arcade with our coffees and encountered no issues whatsoever. This inconsistency in policy enforcement between branches is confusing and concerning. Upon contacting the ILAC Centre store to speak with a manager, I was informed that the no coffee policy applies to all branches. However, the manner in which the security guard handled the situation was unacceptable. It is evident that this individual's behavior not only reflects poorly on Flying Tiger but also has the potential to drive away loyal customers.
you should reevaluate your policies and ensure that all staff, including contracted security personnel, are trained to handle situations with courtesy and respect. No customer should be made to feel embarrassed or unwelcome while patronizing your establishment.
Scammers
Scammers! I contacted them about not receiving an order after 4 weeks and received an email saying that my parcel was in transit but couldn’t be traced. I waited another two weeks before requesting a refund to find they had blocked my emails! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES!

A scam! Avoid!
I made a massive mistake and did not read the multiple negative reviews before putting in an order of over £100. They have essentially stolen my money. 10 days after purchase the tracking still says "with sender". Twice we emailed them and twice they just closed the case. First we realised this is coming from somewhere in Europe , second time they claimed they were dealing with strikes. Both times refused to provide European tracking so they clearly lied this was shipped in the first place. Refused to refund unless the items actually eventually arrived, we refuse to take them from the courier and then they receive them back in Germany or France...as they themselves did not know where these are being shipped from?!?! Honestly this scam of a nasty company is simply disgusting. We are now reporting them to the Retail Ombudsman and Trading Standards. Opening a case with the bank and will be reviewing across social media. They are disgraceful scammers and should shut down this online shop. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

My girlfriend bought me something from this shop in Copenhagen. As she arrived here in Germany there was a piece missing in the package. I wrote several times to the shop and in short words, they don’t give a damn about this problem. Keep our money, I will never buy something there. Sad!
Awful Online Shopping
I bought some items for Christmas, and one arrived broken, which I was not surprised about as it was very poorly packaged for a glass Christmas Bauble... I was refunded for the item that was broken, however, it should not have even happened in the first place! By poorly packaged, the box it was put in was far too large for the items within it. This has nothing to do with environmental concerns, if anything, there was excess packaging which I would call wasteful...
