Exceptionally helpful staff, very accommodating and patient while being knowledgable and listening to your particular needs. I found the team very understanding as we went through different iterations and set ups to see what would work best for my two children and I, always staying positive and making helpful recommendations. Nothing was too much trouble, from lending test rides to trialling locks - what an incredible customer experience. Definitely recommend to a friend!

Have bought two Gazelle e-bikes over the last 6 years from their Camden shop on Eversholt Street, and have found their service to be second to none. Their sales approach is honest, pressure-free and passionate. These guys seriously know their product. The after sales care is equally brilliant, as is the quality of their bike servicing, should you need it. I personally wouldn't buy an e-bike from anywhere else.
