I would give a negative star if allowed. Lost my luggage cause it was tagged under some random passenger going somewhere else. Have called 4 days in a row to get my bag. Nobody has any idea where it i... See more

They are abusers.
The worst travel experience I’ve ever had.
My flight from Newark (EWR) to Orlando (MCO) was scheduled to depart at 11:30 a.m., but it ended up being delayed by 11 hours.
Throughout the wait, Frontier kept passengers in the dark and, on several occasions, provided contradictory information. At first, they claimed the plane was already en route to us, only to change their story later, which caused even more frustration and uncertainty.
After waiting nearly 10 hours, I called Frontier’s customer service. The only solution they offered was to cancel the flight and request a refund. They offered no compensation for the massive delay—no meal vouchers, no accommodation, and no other assistance for the affected passengers.
Even airport staff told us that situations like this are common with Frontier and that prolonged delays are a frequent complaint among their passengers.
The situation escalated to the point where the police were called because a passenger, desperate for answers, raised her voice to demand a solution. Fortunately, she wasn't arrested. Ironically, it was only after that incident that the plane finally departed. Many passengers feel that, had it not been for that woman, the flight likely would have continued to be delayed.
The saddest part was seeing crying children, exhausted elderly people, and entire families waiting for hours without receiving the care or empathy they deserved.
This has undoubtedly been one of the worst travel experiences I have ever had. I hope Frontier Airlines improves how it treats its passengers and takes responsibility when delays of this magnitude occur.

The ticket itself is already over $400
The ticket itself is already over $400, they charged an extra $100 for a carry on bag. The space is cramped and the service is terrible. This airline needs to go out of business
Charges and size change on bag
I have a backpack that has worked in every airline. Even works per their measurement online pre-going to airport. The bottom is hard base because it has small wheels, but dimensions work. They make you drop the beg in a device that at this location, was rigged several inches off. “Please step to the counter and pay $99, or you’re also welcome to walk back to your car. But this flight will leave.”
If I could upload pic, guy next to me is stuffed twice as big. But does not have hard bottom. His is soft. So make sure you bag is soft and jammable. And they cheat a few inches on hard stuff you measure at home.
They also told the couple behind us that the lady, family of 5, was carrying 3 bags. Said she only paid for 1. She said that she paid for 5 bags, 5 people. But she was carrying her elderly parents bags. She said then that’s not carrying one per person, they can carry their own bags, or you will pay for 2.
A boss only did this when it got to zone 5 or higher.
A NIGHTMARE TRAVEL EXPERIENCE
A NIGHTMARE TRAVEL EXPERIENCE. I WILL NEVER FLY FRONTIER AGAIN
My experience with Frontier Airlines was absolutely unacceptable and one of the worst travel experiences I have ever had.
I was traveling alone with my two young children from Houston to Miami to connect with a separately booked international flight. Our Frontier flight was repeatedly delayed and ultimately canceled. Frontier then rerouted us through Denver, but the Denver-to-Miami flight was also canceled. We were then rerouted AGAIN through Cleveland before finally reaching Miami.
Because of Frontier’s repeated operational disruptions, my children and I were stranded in multiple airports, severely sleep-deprived, exhausted, and under enormous stress. We missed our international travel plans and I ultimately incurred approximately $4,300 in additional airfare expenses to continue our trip.
To make matters worse, our checked baggage did not arrive with us. My two children and I continued our international journey without our clothing and personal belongings, and our luggage did not reach us until days later.
Frontier’s response? $60 in meal vouchers and travel vouchers for the same airline that caused this entire nightmare. They acknowledged the repeated cancellations, rerouting, baggage delay, and disruption, but refused to take meaningful financial responsibility for the consequences.
I understand that airlines do not control every disruption. However, this was not one minor delay. It was a chain of repeated operational failures: delays, cancellations, multiple reroutings, missed international travel, delayed baggage, days without our belongings, and significant financial and emotional consequences for a mother traveling alone with two young children.
The most frustrating part is that Frontier can acknowledge everything that happened and still hide behind its Contract of Carriage while the passenger is left to absorb thousands of dollars in losses.
An apology does not reimburse $4,300. A $60 meal voucher does not compensate for this level of disruption. And offering travel vouchers to fly again with the airline responsible for the experience is not meaningful compensation.
I trusted Frontier to transport my children and me from Houston to Miami. Instead, I was left navigating multiple airports, repeated cancellations, missing baggage, severe exhaustion, and thousands of dollars in unexpected expenses.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Frontier Airlines. I will never voluntarily fly with them again, and I strongly encourage families, especially parents traveling alone with young children or passengers with important connecting travel, to think very carefully before booking with this airline.
Absolutely horrible do not fly
The seats were absolutely horrible.Tray tables are extremely tiny. Always delayed almost missed our connecting flight. Flight was absolutely freezing. Felt like 10°. No head rest. You’re literally sitting on a piece of cardboard. Do not recommend definitely don’t fly. With them.
Horrible Experience
My flight out to Vegas from Charlotte was awful because of the delay and nearly missing my connection in Houston. I had to run through the terminal sobbing and my sandal broke. It was Absolutely Horrible. Then return flight from Vegas to Philly was delayed for 2 hours. I was going to miss my connection to Charlotte but there were 15 passengers on that connection so they said the plane would wait. Turns out they waited because the plane is broken!!! We boarded, then disembarked and now we've been told should be fixed after a 3 hour delay. I'm stuck in Philadelphia still and I should have landed in Charlotte 10 minutes ago. I KNEW I should have flown United but this is what I get for saving a few bucks. Never, Ever, Ever again flying Frontier! They are garbage. Worst airline by far!
Worst Airline ever
Worst Airline ever, they have no clue what is going on. I have literally sat here and listened to 20 people come ask the staff for information and they dont know anything, meanwhile Im getting notifications my plane is done boarding and the plan hasnt even arrived yet, staff has no clue when it will arrive but just said after it arrives it will be another 30 mins. Such amateurs, no cheap price is worth traveling with Frontier.
A Masterclass in Extortion and Awful Customer Support — Avoid at All Costs!
If you enjoy being penalized for technical glitches, treated like an inconvenience by staff, and flat-out dared to complain, then Frontier Airlines is the carrier for you. For everyone else: save your sanity and book literally anyone else.
Our nightmare started before we even got to the airport. Frontier’s glitchy app defaulted our booking to the completely wrong departure. When we tried to fix this obvious system error, Frontier hit us with a jaw-dropping $200 change fee to correct their mistake.
Thinking sanity would prevail at the airport, we tried talking to the staff. Big mistake. The gate attendants weren’t just unhelpful—they were actively rude, aggressively angry, and treated paying customers like cattle.
When we finally got a hold of customer service to demand accountability for the app error and the staff's behavior, they essentially laughed it off. The representative refused to take a shred of responsibility. In fact, their exact words when we said we were unhappy were: "Feel free to post negative reviews."
Well, Frontier, wish granted.
They know their service is bottom-tier, and they genuinely do not care because they already have your money. Never again.
The app for Frontier is awful
The app for Frontier is awful. We went to reschedule our flight only to find out it changed the flight we already took instead of the roundtrip part of the flight we had not yet taken. How does the app allow you to change a flight you already took? This is insane. Never flying Frontier again.
Not recommended at all rude staff…
Not recommended at all rude staff service is also very poor
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
My daughter and my wife were travelling to detroit and were unaware of extra baggage fees and they were going for emergency and were charged 181 dollars for extra baggage fees which was totally ridiculous. This was first time they had been charged extra baggage fees which i tried to get refunded since we are financially challanged but i guess no luck..
If i could give 0 stars i would i was…
If i could give 0 stars i would i was on a flight July 7th out of Orlando to Denver when boarding my flight i noticed my child’s car seat did not have a tag on it i notified the flight attendant & she told me it was okay i would retrieve it when the flight landed so when i got off the flight i waited for it & it never came a frontier employee that was standing right there handling strollers told me it would go to baggage claim which i didn’t understand considering i didn’t check it at the gate in the first place during our conversation i seen my child’s car seat coming down the roller & notified the employee and told her i needed my car seat we both was looking at it she told me she couldn’t grab it & it was still going to baggage claim i told her i had a connecting flight and no time to go to baggage claim i even insisted that she tag it & forward it i with my luggage that was checked that was being transferred to my connecting flight she refused a supervisor with the company got involved & was no help just very rude & dismissive something so simple as giving me my car seat or tagging it has left my child without a car seat and lots of confusion it’s like my $700 car seat stroller is just gone right in front of my eyes i wouldn’t recommend no one fly frontier
Do not recommend
Seats are extremely small and don’t recline. Expensive bag fees 79+. Multiple delays. At lax you check in at terminal one and then have to take a bus to tom Bradley. Takes really long !!! I’m traveling with a toddler and even with the long distance, they took my stroller that I checked out the gate and will not return it until I get to baggage claim so I have to carry my baby the whole way, which is not ideal. Highly recommend not using these guys there are just like spirit. Also ghetto flights on the flight.
Awful experience!
I was not overly enthused about using frontier Airlines after we were told by their customer service team that each passenger has a free carry-on. I believe that their customer service agents don’t understand the difference between a carry-on and a personal item because we asked about that and they said yes we get a carry-on, but one that goes underneath the seat in front of us. I will never use frontier airlines again. We were not aware that we had to pay extra for our group to be sitting together, especially when I have a minor child that should not have been assigned a seat alone.
WORST EXPERIENCE!
WORST EXPERIENCE!! AIRLINE SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!!! ALL TERRIBLE SERVICE AND EVERY ONE IS COMPLAINING ABOUT THEM. THEY ARE NOT SAFE TO FLY WITH AND DELIVER THE WORST SERVICE
Not even worth any star for customer service
I had an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience with a Frontier Airlines employee named Prince while checking in for Flight F9 1483 from Chicago O’Hare (ORD) to Denver (DEN), scheduled to depart at 9:57 PM.
Prince provided some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Instead of listening to my concerns or trying to help, he spent much of the interaction looking at his phone and showed no interest in resolving the issue. When I asked why my seat had been changed, he simply said, “The flight is full,” and acted as if there was nothing he could do.
I paid extra to reserve Seat 11E, but Frontier changed my seat to 24C without any explanation or notification. Because of this unexpected change, my family and I were separated and had to sit far away from each other during the flight. Customers who pay for seat selections deserve better communication and support when changes happen.
The most shocking part of this experience was when Prince asked me if I still wanted to take the flight, implying that if I was not satisfied, I could go to the kiosk and change my ticket. Telling a customer to change flights or delay their trip because of an airline seat issue is completely unacceptable. This could have caused my family to miss our plans and potentially delay our entire trip until the next day.
When I asked for his name so I could file a complaint, he refused to spell it for me, making it more difficult to properly identify the employee responsible for this interaction.
His attitude was dismissive, unprofessional, and showed no willingness to help a paying customer. A simple explanation, apology, or effort to find a solution would have made a huge difference, but instead I was treated as if my concerns did not matter.
I am providing the flight details—Flight F9 1483 from ORD to DEN, departing at 9:57 PM—so Frontier Airlines can identify the employee working that shift and review this incident. I strongly request that Frontier investigate this matter and provide additional customer service training to prevent other passengers from experiencing the same treatment.
Absolute WORST customer service…
Absolute WORST customer service experience from start to finish. Booked travel and purchased the travel insurance. Called repeatedly to change my travel arrangements in advance by utilizing the insurance policy. One customer service representative gave me the wrong telephone number and another said she did not have the number for the insurance company? Employee training is a glaring concern along with the language barrier both are clearly apparent. If it does not make Frontier Airlines MONEY they’re not interested in providing adequate customer service…the original 9:30 pm flight was delayed until 10:45 pm and the TSA officers had stopped screening at 10:00 pm, at 10:01 after checking my baggage the representative at the airport informed me that the flight was boarding but without TSA to perform the screening, I was going to miss my flight. She did NOT offer to modify my flight arrangements or print me another ticket. Eventually, I had to pay more money to reschedule my original flight and I was never able to activate the insurance policy that I paid for almost a month before my travel. Go with a more reputable airline to avoid their BS.
My First and Last Flight with Frontier
This was my first and will definitely be my last time flying with Frontier Airlines.
My experience was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. On Saturday, passengers were kept on the aircraft for nearly two hours before we were asked to deplane and informed that the flight had been canceled. There was little communication and no clear explanation throughout the process.
I was rebooked on a flight for Monday at 3:20 PM. Before I even arrived at the airport, I received a notification that the flight had been delayed until 4:20 PM, and then delayed again until 5:20 PM.
The most frustrating part happened during boarding. After waiting through multiple delays, I scanned my boarding pass only to be told that I did not have an assigned seat and would not be allowed to board. Around seven other passengers were in the exact same situation. We were left standing there without any explanation, wondering whether we would be left behind again. Eventually, after a long wait and unnecessary stress, seats were assigned and we were finally allowed to board.
What disappointed me most was not only the delays and cancellation, but the lack of communication, organization, and respect for passengers’ time. People arrange work, family responsibilities, and important commitments around their flights. In my case, I am in the military and needed to return to New Jersey that day. The uncertainty and poor handling of the situation created unnecessary stress that could have been avoided with better planning and honest communication.
Delays can happen with any airline, and I understand that safety must always come first. However, passengers deserve clear information, transparency, and respectful treatment throughout the process.
Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my opinion of Frontier Airlines. I cannot recommend this airline based on how this situation was handled, and I will not choose to fly with Frontier again.
frontier Airlines is the worst company in the entire world
frontier Airlines is the worst company I've ever take in my life, they canceled my flight 1 hour before checkin, missed my interview, charged me extra fee for refund and terrible customer service, I would never take their flight in my life again even tho I have to walk,
this was a bad experience for me, would nit recommend it to my worst enemy.
Paid almost 300.00 for one carry on and…
Paid almost 300.00 for one carry on and on regular bag which is robbery.
