Our chat logs show our team was in touch with you multiple times per day, doing our best to assist. We understand travel can be stressful, especially during unexpected disruptions!
Both our team and Cathay Pacific explained to you that since you made changes directly with Cathay Pacific, the booking moved under their control (this is standard across all travel agencies). This meant we couldn’t make changes ourselves (even though we wanted to!). We still did our best to liaise with the airline on your behalf.
While we completely understand your frustration, we have a zero-tolerance policy for abuse, as our team is here to support all travelers professionally and respectfully.
As for remote work, yes, some of our staff work from home, including working mums, which we proudly support! This has no impact on our commitment to providing great service.
We’re always happy to assist where we can and hope to serve you again in the future. Wishing you smooth travels ahead! 😊

I booked with this company a flight ticket plus I paid to be refundable.when I cancelled my flight,
I applid for the refund through refund me
but refused my request ,they said:your reason not fit in our category to be refud,what reason they need after I paid for comperhensive refundable.

I mentioned in my review I contacted refund me, and they reply to this msg:
“Thanks for your application.
Please be aware that our refundable terms are designed to accommodate situations where unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending your booking, rather than for accidental purchases. Unfortunately, as per our policy, we cannot process refunds for tickets purchased in error.
Regrettably, we must close this application accordingly”.
When you read their email you can tell who you deal with.

I am always on the lookout for new and better ways to book flights. I went from Expedia, to Google, to Rakuten Travel and finally Fly Fairly. Fly Fairly serves the places I travel and lets me pay how I want—in my case Buy Now, Pay Later. I can control my budget and have more cash to spend at my destination. I booked online and had some technical issues but my payment went through and booking wasn't confirmed. I immediately contacted customer service and explained the issue. Within minutes my money was reimbursed immediately, I couldn't believe the immediate response and understanding customer service that I experienced, no hassle or hesitation, no prolonged waiting, my issue was resolved. I highly recommend that if you are planning a trip,book with Fly Fairly because they believe in treating each customer fairly. Great respect and admiration.
