Worst airline ever, do NOT use them

Our flight from Iguazú to EZE was cancelled by email advise 26 hours prior to departure. We had already checked in.
NO alternative flights were offered
- The company phone support number wasn't answered at all
- No reaction on emails nor on online forms
- We are still waiting for the reimbursement of the money spent for the tickets.
If you don't wish to burn your money or not to ruin your holidays you should never ever consider flying with them. Aerolineas is the clearly better choice.

I've visited Argentina many times…

I've visited Argentina many times before but never have i flown Flybondi before. On a recent trip with my family not one flight left on time, one was cancelled and you can be guaranteed to have an email advising to a change of departure time on any forthcoming flights you have booked. Once at airport you can easy add 3 or 4 hours to the already later departure time. 4 flights we had and a horrible experience. My tip would be unless you like hanging around airports fly any other company apart from them. Strange that on the departures board they seem to be the only company afflicted by whatever escuse they provide. Never again. Shocking excuse for an airline company

Dropped off at EZE NOT AEP

Check in was fine, with the typical cheap airline things and my bag arrived. The food on board was affordable for me as a foreigner. Problem is I had booked a flight from FTE to AEP and without notifying anyone on board, they dropped us off at EZE. The problem with this is time and money. As someone who values both, it meant a more expensive and much longer transit. FlyBondi offered no credit or apology for this. This was especially bad as a tourist looking to make the most of my final days in Argentina. I was looking forward to the convenience of AEP as it could’ve meant an hour more of leisure time.

SCAM Airline

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. This is a totally garbage airline. They canceled my flight the night before, with less than 24-hours notice. Ruined my vacation and I had to find a place to stay while trying to book another flight. I ultimately requested a refund from them and, two months later, still have not received anything. SCAM AIRLINE - DO NOT book with them.

Worst airline I have ever dealt with

Worst airline I have ever dealt with! Last 27 june 24, already being checked in, I received an email that my flight from Iguazú was canceled for unknown reason like 9 h before departure .Refund request was done plus I had to but an alternative flight to assure to connect with my transfer flight. After 5 weeks, I have not received the refund not any answer to my 3 claims.I worked in the airline business for 20 years and this in unacceptable!Maybe they will contact me after writing a bad review?

FlyBondi- surprisingly good

I had 4 flights with FlyBondi in Argentina last week. Trelew return and Bariloche return. Three of them landed early and the last was delayed by congestion at Aeroparque. (Not FlyBondi's fault.) Easy and quick check in for all and excellent service. Would easily fly again!

Another Disappointed Customer

I thought I'd be one of the lucky ones. I was wrong. They cancelled my early morning flight on the way to the airport. They are refusing to issue a refund apparently their policy is no refunds. I've disputed the charge on my credit card but have little hope. I encourage everyone with a ruined holiday to dispute the transaction - even if you don't win you cost them money with their card processor.

The worst airline I have EVER travelled with

The worst airline I have EVER travelled with! Booked 4 trips with flybondi for domestic weekend trips in Argentina over the course of 1 semester, and not a SINGLE one of the trips went as planned without either a cancellation or long delays

The company is also impossible to contact without physically going to the airport. We waited for 8 hours in the airport, delayed, and none of the gate agents knew where the plane was or for how long we had to wait. There is no waitlist when calling their customer service, so they just automatically hang up when no agent is available, and you never get through.

When they reschedule the flight in advance they also offer no rebooking with other airlines, and you never hear from them again when you try to get your money back after a cancellation.

It's a miracle how the company is not already bankrupt, seeing as they are untrustworthy, unprofessional, and not far from being a complete scam.

Cancelled flight, no communication

If you're wondering if the bad reviews are true, I can say they are. We booked a flight from BA to Salta. It was cancelled only a few hours before take-off. And as everyone else has warned, they have not responded to any communication. We have not received any refund. Bunch of scammers. Of course we had to buy alternative flights to Salta which cost us a fortune at the last minute. Do not fly with Flybondi. Choose another airline.

Worst airline I’ve ever flown with

FlyBondi cancelled my wife’s flight on Sunday from mendoza and did not provide an alternative option (this is illegal). They provide a phone number and email address that nobody answers.

I flew myself on Monday and the flight was delayed without warning.

Worst airline I’ve ever experienced. And, I’ve flown to over 80 countries Clearly committing massive fraud by not paying customers for cancellations or providing alternative options. Will be bankrupt within a few months.

HORRIBLE!!The worst experience in Argentina

From all my trip this was the worst experience, they delayed the flight 6 hours and then cancelled the flight. Taking no responsability for the harm done, flights missed, no customer service. I don't understand how the government of Argentina allows such a fraud company.

TERRIBLE

They had me wait next to the boarding gate hoping for a passenger not to show as I didn't check in online beforehand. Unbelievably disrespectful. I was at the airport almost 3h before departure and couldnt fly.

Change flight last minute

Changed the airport of my flight and were not willing to rebook me on a earlier flight. I had to pay out of my own pocket to change to an earlier flight and make my connection. No support in Spanish and super slow and unhelpful answers via email.

I flight 4 times with flybondi here’s…

I flight 4 times with flybondi here’s what happened:
2 flights were canceled - earliest option for one was after 3 days after(refunds for hotels of course are not an option)
1 flight was anticipated 4 hours the night before the flight (noticed only in the morning) and eventually had almost 3 hours late
1 flight has delayed. I guess flying with flybondi is like a reverse Russian roulette

Don’t waste your money!!!

This is the second time my husband and I have missed a flight with flyBondi because of their incompetence and confusing boarding situations. The first time we arrived at the airport at 1 PM for a 4 PM flight to find no flights because our flight had taken off at 4 AM. The ticket stated flight time at 4, not 4 AM not 4 PM, just 4. What airline flies at 4 AM? I understand that the military clock is often used in Argentina, but it hasn’t been listed in military time for any other flight that we’ve had with any other airlines so that makes no sense. I would never have attempted to fly with them again, except that we had a voucher from the first flight we missed. The second flight we missed because we were told to be at gate 29 when boarding was happening at gate 26. At gate 29 the flight board said El Calafate, which is where we were going, but it was listed as another airline. I have often had a ticket for a flight with one company and boarded a plane from another company to the same destination as sometimes airlines share flights so that didn’t seem odd . But it turns out Flybondi had changed the gate at the last minute to gate 26. The airport was incredibly crowded and so we could not hear any announcements other than the one from the desk right in front of us. When we realized our mistake, we ran to gate 26 which was only a short distance away, and the board was still flashing final boarding. They wouldn’t let us board the plane saying that the door was shut. Our flight was supposed to leave at 6:35 at this point it was 6:05. They claimed they had announced our names several times. We never heard our names being called. When we returned to check in to pick up our bags, we weren’t alone. There were several other people there, who had also missed the flight for the same reason. I now have hundreds of dollars of credit with Flybondi that I can never use. And an xtra 8 hours sitting on my butt in the airport waiting for a later flight with another company. Do yourself a favor, and pay the extra money to fly with Aerolineas Argentinas.
