FLYBONDI MUST READ!

Same experience and nightmares as most here.

ADVICE TO ALL VICTIMS OF THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY:

Collect all evidence you can and start a Charge- back procedure via your credit card company! This can be done up to 120 days after with VISA for instance.

Flybondi can hide where ever they want but there is no escape from this one. Done it before in other cases and it works well.

Good luck

Flybondi lies consistently. They should be closed down.

Flybondi said they sent me an email announcing that my flight moved AEP to EZE on March 9. That is not true. Also, I checked in at AEP 2.5 hours before the flight was to take off because I was in a wheelchair. Suddenly, an hour before take off they tell us the airport has changed to EZE (an hour drive) and it will leave 10 min early. There was no way to make the flight. I went to EZE and paid to go on the next flight in 5 hours. They took my money gladly, and an hour before departure they canceled the flight because the staff went on strike. They lied about the strike, and they never returned my money. Traveling in a wheelchair is stressful enough without being lied to and then ripped off. I had to go back to my apartment and take another airline the next day.

Perfect Experience

When I read other people’s reviews on this site, I half expected the plane to arrive missing a wing, have a desk fan for an engine, and be piloted by two chimps. How wrong could I be.

Website - Really easy to use and even easier to check in

Airport - Friendly informative staff, seamless baggage check in and pleasant wait at the gate.

Flight - Arrived on time, departed on time, landed on time! Staff on the flight were perfect, friendly when necessary and serious when necessary.
I realise people normally leave reviews to share negative experiences because they are angry, but that can sometimes give an unfair representation (and therefore an unfair reputation) to the company.
My experience with Flybondi on our flight from Ushuaia to El Calafate was fantastic! - and it was much cheaper than any other company. Thank You and Well done Flybondi!!!

Rough, reschedules and cancels

Oh man, i've never experienced delays, reschedules and cancellations like this before. I didn't believe the reviews and suffered for each of our FlyBondi flights and the process to refund is basically unreachable at times, travel insurance to the rescue.

GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR FLIGHT!

Definitely the WORST airline ever in the world! They've delayed the flight two times within a day, from 03:35 to 18:00 and now 21:20. No messages or email notification about the delay and of course no compensation or whatsoever for their delay. It was absolutely a nightmare, so think twice if you are going to fly with Flybondi unless you want to stress test yourself!

And just realised Flybondi recently gets government ultimatum over delays and cancellations ... just Google it for details.

Bad customer service - no flybondi if avoidable

The flight from Mendoza to Buenos Aires got delayed by more than 4 hours. What was the problem aside from the obvious? Communication was poor, friendliness of staff was poor as if it was a daily occurrence and no big deal, on top they even charged snacks on the plane. Shame. Never again with flybondi. I’ll pay more for the other companies instead.

Fly bondi will leave you stranded

fly bondi has cancelled our flight the day before for no reason (no explanation provided), They did not bother reschedule nor reply to our calls (we waited over an hour - no answer from customer service). We had to buy new tickets with a different company the same day at our own expense. Be aware - Fly bondi sucks and will leave you stranded! Booking ref RVEYHM

FLYBONDI the worst airline

I have booked 4 flights within Argentina with FLYBONDI. They changed all 4 and then 3 were further delayed. The last one was cancelled 25 hours before the actual departure. They only allow you to apply for refund anything before 24 hours before the flight time, so effectively they give you 1 hour to see their cancellation email find another flight with any other airline ( because their telephone numbers do not answer and their website will not allow you to make any change to your booking) and apply for a refund. They never answer any emails so your money is lost. NEVER book with them unless you have no other plans and lots of money to buy air tickets on the day of your travel after their cancellations.

Absolutely TERRIBLE airline.

Absolutely terrible airline.

Cancelled our flight out of nowhere and rescheduled it to the next morning, took them 5 hours to get us to the hotel.

DO NOT take this airline. It's not worth the risk.

Flight Ushuaia-Buenos Aires

Flight Ushuaia-Buenos Aires on 04/02/25 - the morning flight was cancelled and I was given a seat on the evening flight 9 hours later. I paid double to fly in the morning to AEP, to avoid the night flight to EZE, and I was flying to EZE anyway. Apart from this, the flight was 1 hour delayed and I got to my accommodation at 3 am, instead of 15:00 the previous day. Awful experience.

Flybondi: More likely to get to your destination by flying on a pigeon

If you enjoy unpredictability, last-minute chaos, and throwing your hard-earned cash into the abyss, then Flybondi is the airline for you. If, however, you’d like to actually get to your destination somewhat on time and without financial or emotional distress, then do yourself a favour—pay extra and fly literally any other airline.

I had the misfortune of flying with Flybondi three times in Argentina and here's my experience:

Flight 1: Surprise! Your flight leaves… earlier?

Flybondi moved my flight forward by a few hours—because nothing says "stress-free travel" like a sudden airport sprint with zero notice. With no warning, I had to frantically rush to the bus station and pray for a no-show on a fully booked bus. Luckily, one seat freed up, but it cost me £40 just to make it in time.

No refund. No apology. Just a preview of the circus to come.

Flight 2: The closest they get to "on time"

Shockingly, this was my best Flybondi experience. And by “best,” I mean it was only two hours delayed. At this point, I was just impressed they got a plane in the air at all.

When we finally landed, the passengers cheered like we had survived a near-death experience. And now I get it. Arriving at your destination on a Flybondi flight is a miracle worth celebrating.

Flight 3: This is where Flybondi truly outdid themselves.

With only five hours' notice, they cancelled the second leg of my journey with them

Their brilliant solution? Rebooking me on a flight that departed at the exact same time as my first leg.

I'm no quantum physicist but I'm pretty sure human teleportation hasn't been discovered yet.

And here’s the kicker—Flybondi’s fine print scam states that if they reschedule to within four hours, they owe you nothing. So, I lost £160 with zero compensation.

To make matters worse:

They don’t even send an email when they change your flight, so good luck getting your insurance to cover anything.

Need help? Too bad!! Flybondi doesn’t have a customer service number. And if they do have any office based staff at all it's probably a single guy whose only job is to hit "delete" on complaint emails.

So, since Flybondi left me stranded halfway to my destination, I had two choices:

Option A: Pay £400 for a flight with another airline and sell a kidney to cover the cost.
Option B: Take a 15-hour overnight bus that leaves from a sketchy slum on a vehicle that looked like it had already retired twice.

I went with Option B, because I enjoy keeping my internal organs and, quite frankly, £400 is a lot of money just to end up where I was already supposed to be. So here I am, writing this live from the bus (because I now have lots of time to kill)—a charming metal box on wheels with rusted seats, an overwhelming aroma of stale cigarettes, and air-conditioning that only has one setting: Arctic Expedition. I’m so cold I’m layered up like a lost hiker who took a wrong turn into the Antarctic.

Fly with literally anything else. A pigeon, a hot air balloon, a door from the Titanic—just not Flybondi.

Makes Ryanair feel like a luxury experience...

Honestly, if I could give 0 stars I would. This is hands down the WORST airline ever. I am currently sat in Buenos Aires airport after having missed my connecting flight to Mendoza because they rescheduled the flight 3 hours earlier (which I only found out when doing check in this morning - they don't even have the decency to email to let you know) which meant the flight was at the same time as the previous one (also fly bondi) I was getting from Iguazu to Buenos Aires... There were no alternatives offered (no more fly bondi flights today) and if you did want to choose an alternative tomorrow, you had to pay for it.... what?!?!

We went to the fly bondi "customer service" desk (more like "makes-you-want-to-shoot-yourself-in-the-head" desk) to complain and ask for a refund and were informed that because our flight was only changed by 3 hours (and not the mandatory 4 hours) we were entitled to.... Nothing. The woman at the desk telling us this looked like she had died a little inside doing what must be a soul crushing job. We then spoke to the airport info desk and the woman there literally agreed that it was a scam airline and that they are constantly getting complaints.

In the end we've had to book an overnight bus to Mendoza which takes about 14 hours, compared to a 2 hour flight from BA... At least I feel like I can trust the buses to be more reliable.

Aside from today, we've flown with fly bondi 2 other times on this trip, another one was also rescheduled 3 hours earlier (which we luckily were able to catch thanks to last min travel planning), but it still ended up being delayed by about an hour. Their flights will NEVER leave on time even if they don't get rescheduled, so do not rely on them for connecting flights, you will most likely have issues.

Save yourself the hassle and pay more for another airline, it's worth it. Do NOT fly with Fly Bondi!!!!!!!!!!

Worst airline experience in 35 years of international travel

This is the worst airline I have ever flown with in the past 35 years of travel.

I was booked on a Flybondi flight from Rio Gallegos to Buenos Aires in February 2025. I had paid for a pre-selected seat, a 20kg bag, and a cat in a carrier accompanying me in the cabin. I arrived early to check-in with all my cat's veterinary paperwork but was told that I would be not be able to board the flight with my cat. The manager at the check-in cancelled my ticket and recommended that I book with their competitor Aerolíneas Argentinas!!!

The Flybondi manager advised that I would be reimbursed or credited for my cancelled ticket and add-ons through the customer service department but once I contacted customer service, they denied this and said no credit/refund would be awarded.

Ultimately, Flybondi cancelled my ticket, made me rebook last minute on a competing airline, made me miss my hotel reservation in Buenos Aires, and made me rebook my international flights to Canada twice costing me over 1.5K USD in total. This airline is an absolute joke, stay away.

Never again

Never again! We had booked six flights in total, 4 of which were postponed to other days and the last two flights were delayed by more than 4 hours. The extra costs we incurred as a result were much more expensive than a national flight with a better airline. We had to book new accommodation at our own expense, sadly Flybondi didn't refund any of it. Underground service! Never never never never again!

Both flights had a delay of 4 hours

Both flights had a delay of 4 hours. There was no kind if recompensation nor even some food or water. ALL of the Flybondi flights had delay. Maybe they should start paying their fuel bills on time. The employees especially on the service hotline are super rude and unfriendly.
