I never felt more deceived than in…

I never felt more deceived than in working with this co. This is the first review i've given in over 5 years as I understand what it takes to run a business , however i never do so with deceptive practices . Thoroughly feel taken advantage.

Worth the time

Marcus was fantastic to work with. My travel dates weren't flexible which makes finding a good flight price especially challenging. It took a few days but Marcus took the time to work with his team, do the research and find me the perfect flights at a price that was within my budget. This is the first time I've used a flight concierge and it was a great experience. Marcus spent more time with me and was more helpful than my travel agent.

Milan was amazing

Milan was amazing! He was patient and asked all the right questions to find flights that met my criteria. Got me great flights, and perfect lay over times. He was fantastic! Found flights I couldn’t of found.

Free ticket messed up my return on a…

Free ticket messed up my return on a changed flight. They were taking me to Vancouver when that segment of flight was a day away. Otherwise it saves lots of money. William was very good with support.

Working with Lucas was great

Working with Lucas was great. I had a fixed agenda with specific deposit an return dates made challenging by overnight flights and crossing the dateline. I believe I wound up with the best schedule saving about $900 pp over direct non-stop.
