Poor service no compassion

Poor service! No compassion! On the way to Edinburgh airport cannot
Fault but on return a joke!!! Flight was delayed slightly, as most are, I was there on time and asked the driver just to wait a few minutes as my husband and child were coming with baggage and he said no and left! Flights get delayed and some
Compassion would have been nice! A few minutes would have made no difference to the schedule the same as If traffic caused delays, With no guarantee of any seats on the next bus in a hour we had to pay yet again for tickets! Will not be using this again
