Not a good start , try to reach them is impossible , they called me multiple times obviously when I was at work , on my day off I rang back few times, no response . I received a call back and stay on the line for 10 minutes answered multiple questions about my flat . After I passed this step, I spoke with an adviser which seems competent however he stated he will call me back today before 18:00 , obviously didn’t happen . And the fact they don’t reply to the negative feedback doesn’t seems they care about customer . Half an hour on the phone for nothing such a waste of my time . Avoid .

First class service from all at Fluent Money after I was introduced to them by my financial advisor. Particular mentions for Joe and Chantelle who dealt with me at different stages of the process and were prompt, professional and friendly at all times.

Just wanted to say a big thanks to Clare Wilkinson and Elise Openshaw for handling my 2nd charge loan from the beginning through to the end. Sorry the review is a month overdue 🙂
