The price and the quality of the flowers. I sent my fiance flowers on Valentine's Day and she lives in Cebu and I live in the USA. They promised the delivery on time and they pulled thru. 5 stars from me and I will definitely be doing business with them again.

I love this shop, it was recommended to me and I’m not going to any other ones! I love how they protect the flowers by putting them in a box! And each flower that I have purchased came with a treat, a chocolate bars. My gf loves the flowers and the delivery was as promised and on time! Service is great too! Thank you guys 🤍

The experience overall was good, it would have been better if they would have accepted my card. They have been very helpful in trying to get it to work but no matter what it never did even with funds in my account. I just settled for COD. I believe if the site allowed me to change the address to my US address it would have worked. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and my gf loved her gift.

Excellent customer service and delivery!

They delivered at the requested time. Very promt and the flowers were excellent. We bought a standing arrangement for my aunt's funeral. I ordered late at night and they received the next day.

Order never delivered, they do not reimburse. Find other service like flowerchimp or whatever. have to open dispute claim from provider and such to get my money back.

I was finally able to use the online system through the app successfully this time, because last time it was very difficult and I had to go thru the website instead. Plus my order made it to the receiver earlier than I expected this time as well.

Put an order in on February 15th called a day later to check after they told me they would ship it out that day that they later also they would ship it out that day and they're going to make a ticket and investigate it five days later they're going to make a ticket investigate it and they'll get it shipped out right away I'll wait February 24th you're going to make a ticket on it and investigate it they just shipped out now even though it said shipped for the last 3 days yeah kind of just blow you off and don't care about anything glad they're not doing heart transplants or anything they are nice on the phone but don't believe what word they say

Delivery in time and an easy communication

On Feb 11 I ordered Valentine’s flowers (Order # FS-1120260212400654) for my girlfriend from The FlowerStore.ph for a delivery on Feb 14. After the flowers were not received on Feb 14, I emailed the FlowerStore.ph on Feb 15 to let them know they did not deliver the flowers. A few hours later I received a reply email citing, “Congratulations! Your order has been delivered John! Delivered Sat, Feb 14.”

I replied advising them no flowers were delivered. I requested them to deliver the ordered flowers or refund the money paid to them. I did not receive a message back. I messaged them 4 more times over the next 3 days, each without receiving a reply back.

I admit I did not do my due diligence and did not read the reviews of The FlowerStore.ph before I ordered from them. If I had taken the time to look at their reviews, for sure I would not have ordered from them. Many reviews cite SCAM or SCAMMERs or STAY AWAY just like my review is doing now. There are some good reviews for The FlowerStore.ph, but without question, they are fake reviews likely from the scammers themselves.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from these scammers. You’ll be happy you did.
