On Feb 11 I ordered Valentine’s flowers (Order # FS-1120260212400654) for my girlfriend from The FlowerStore.ph for a delivery on Feb 14. After the flowers were not received on Feb 14, I emailed the FlowerStore.ph on Feb 15 to let them know they did not deliver the flowers. A few hours later I received a reply email citing, “Congratulations! Your order has been delivered John! Delivered Sat, Feb 14.”
I replied advising them no flowers were delivered. I requested them to deliver the ordered flowers or refund the money paid to them. I did not receive a message back. I messaged them 4 more times over the next 3 days, each without receiving a reply back.
I admit I did not do my due diligence and did not read the reviews of The FlowerStore.ph before I ordered from them. If I had taken the time to look at their reviews, for sure I would not have ordered from them. Many reviews cite SCAM or SCAMMERs or STAY AWAY just like my review is doing now. There are some good reviews for The FlowerStore.ph, but without question, they are fake reviews likely from the scammers themselves.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from these scammers. You’ll be happy you did.

I’m happy with all the variety of flowers offered online and at reasonable prices. For the past years being an OFW, every special occasion to send flowers to my love ones, FS.ph is always there to fulfill it with easy transaction. They even provide extra effort to keep you informed by sending messages and or email on the status.
I placed my order on February 4 and intentionally scheduled delivery for February 13 — not Valentine’s Day — to ensure on-time delivery, good quality, and attention to detail. I also paid over $80 USD in delivery and service fees for that reason.
Despite planning well in advance:
The cake arrived without the dedication/message clearly listed on the invoice
The flowers were in very poor condition and not acceptable for a premium, special-occasion gift
I provided photos and documentation. The only resolution offered was a redelivery, which does not address the core issue. Redelivery after the moment has passed does not restore the intent or meaning of the gift — especially when the delivery date was chosen early to avoid exactly this situation.
As a foreigner ordering online, trust is essential. You are relying entirely on the company to execute what was promised, without being present to fix mistakes in real time. When that trust breaks down, the response matters.
I was not asking for anything unreasonable — simply a formal apology to my fiancée and/or a reasonable credit or partial refund, particularly given the excessive service fees. Neither was offered.
When customers plan ahead and pay premium fees, they expect care, quality, and accountability. Unfortunately, this experience fell short on all three.
I cannot recommend this service based on this experience.
I bought flowers that should've been delivered for Valentines day (14th feb 26). The flowers never arrived due to a System error on their side. They offered me to resend the flowers again, on 17th, three days late.
Now on 19th/20th there's still no delivery for the "resend flowers"
I contacted once again yesterday (18th feb) and today (19th feb) again to claim my money back, so far no response.
Not recommended.
Flower store as to my experience is a great store online to buy your flower needs for the occassions. Additonal choices of cakes to partner with the beautiful flowers will be a great and competitive bundle. Their easy to order process, prompt response, delivery on time and update during the process of delivery gives them the edge to future progress and success.

Customer support reached to me today asking what happened yesterday. Why am I being asked what happened yesterday? This is your shop and your delivery service — shouldn’t you be the one providing updates and explanations? As a customer, I should not have to chase after information about my own order.
To clarify, there was absolutely no update from your online shop or from the assigned rider. I reached out through your app’s chat support, but they were unable to provide any answers regarding the status of my order. I also sent emails to your customer support team and even contacted the person who previously assisted me with an order last January. Unfortunately, none of these efforts resulted in any update.
This order was very important to me. The flowers were supposed to be delivered between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM as we had a lunch reservation at Fat Cow Davao Restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. The plan was for her to bring the flowers with her, which would have made the occasion even more special.
When 1:00 PM passed and nothing had been delivered, I tried again through all possible channels to request that the flowers instead be delivered to the restaurant so that at least she could still be surprised. Again, there was no response or action taken.
We returned home at 4:00 PM — still no call, no message, and no delivery. Finally, at 5:15 PM, the rider called. There was no apology and no acknowledgment of the significant delay. He simply asked for the address and nearby landmarks, as if nothing had happened. He even mentioned that he would deliver to another customer first before delivering to me.
The flowers were eventually delivered at 6:30 PM — long after our anniversary date had ended and after we had already gone back to work at 5:00 PM. By that time, the purpose and meaning of the surprise had already been lost.
It is very clear that you only know how to collect payment. Yes, the flowers were delivered — at 6:30 PM — but that does not make the day special just because you technically completed the delivery. The agreed delivery window was 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. From 1:00 PM to 6:30 PM is a delay of five and a half hours. Please count the hours. This is completely unacceptable. Service is not just about completing a transaction; it is about reliability, communication, and respect for your customers’ time and special occasions. Unfortunately, none of those were shown in this experience.
This entire situation ruined what was supposed to be a meaningful anniversary celebration.

I appreciate that flowerstore is refunding my payment, but that doesn’t erase how terrible their customer service has been. The way my issue was handled was careless, unprofessional, and completely frustrating. I’ve never experienced such poor service, and it’s unacceptable. People deserve to know how your company treats its customers.

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend for Valentine's day and it was supposed to be a surprise yet the delivery person tried to call her and when couldn't reach they didn't deliver nor re-schedule so the order was never delivered in the end and when i asked for refund the company stopped responding to my emails all together. Basically i got scammed. Never buy anything from this website, if any problem arises they will vanish with your money.
Edit (23/02/2026) : After putting the review above, the company e-mailed me, and they refunded me the exact amount i paid, still ruined my valentines day surprise but at least they refunded the money.
I've been ordering for four months straight and everything has been fine. They never delivered for Valentine's Day (I didn't buy it last minute, but on February 11th, with delivery scheduled for the 14th), even though two more days had passed. I wrote to them on Facebook, in their chat, and via email, but no one responded. Luckily, it's a modest expense, but I'll never spend another euro with them again.
Updated February 17, 3 days later, I reply that it's been shipped (the tracking showed it shipped on the 14th). They give me the courier's phone number and tell me to call them. Besides, the rose inside will probably be wilted by now, since when is it the customer's responsibility?
Please do not buy something on their site, it’s a big scam, it will never be delivered and after 2 days they don’t answer anymore, not on e mails, not in the chat not on the phone… BIG scammers 😡😡😡😡😡

The delivery time is 12-8pm and it is already past 9PM and the delivery is not yet done. No response on the chat and email. But they delivered it. Maybe delayed because of peak days.
This company is a perfect example of how once companies become big they get greedy, bloated and rotten.
They misinform on their website. They take your money and don't deliver on time. Usually skipping the event completely.
They have horrible and tone deaf customer support that is as hard to get a hold of as Trump does when it comes to pronunciations of words.
Refunds don't exist and they simply delete comments on their socials.
Do not be fooled by their marketing gimmicks. This company is not trusted and is not good at what it does.
Avoid at all costs!!
