Right number, wrong Street
The bouquet I ordered was delivered to the correct house number on a different street!
when I rang to inquire about this I was asked to provide a photograph of the house to which it should’ve been delivered however that was a bit tricky as I’m at the other side of the country.
when I looked up the eir code, I found the correct House. I don’t know why it was delivered to the wrong address even though in the end the flowers were delivered by the Neighbour who received them in error, I was dissatisfied with the service.

Fabulous personalised experience
Flowers were beautiful, I love the idea of a video being sent prior to delivery such a nice touch!! The balloon part of my order deflated slightly and they kindly added in chocolates as a gift. Anytime I’ve had flowers sent to me they’ve lasted ages!! Such a good service for a great price point !

The service was user friendly and delivery went smoothly.
Video of arrangement went too quick so it didn’t focus well enough to get a good look at it. I noticed from the photo that the receiver sent that the roses had some brown edges. However the receiver said it was beautiful.

I made the effort to speak to whatsapp and tell you if flowers can arrive before 11:30 am or at least if the driver can let the recipient know about a delivery for her, but the delivery was made af 1pm and she couldn’t answer so he left her the flowers at a random store

Email at 1pm with the video of the flowers which said prepared for delivery. I would assume they would been gone out within the hour then. However, the flowers did not get delivered until 7.15pm in the evening, basically when the persons birthday was over. We also had to call and chase up the delivery around 5pm, there was no communication to say it would be a late evening delivery. Could not believe a flower delivery ordered 2 days prior would be sent at night time at the end of the person's birthday.
Update - that after hearing my disappointment, the owner reached out directly to me and expressed their apologies and we have since come to an agreement that is satisfactory. I am glad they reached out personally and was happy with the conclusion, therefore updating my rating.

beautiful flowers but overpriced for size
Flowers were beautiful and delivered on time, however they were very small for what was described as a "large" bouquet. I felt very ripped off paying €70 for a bouquet that was the size of a small mixing bowl. Not great value for money, even if the measurements were somewhere there in the small print.
