Unhappy receiver
I have never had an issue with this company before but when I ordered a flower bouquet and a baloon for my mother’s 46th birthday I was very upset for her. I got the flowers delivered at 12.30pm and by 9am the next day they were dead and not to mention the baloon was basically deflated, the delivery driver was kind enough to compensate with a box of chocolates due to the deflated baloon but I fear this was the start of a bad experience. Luckily the staff were cooperative and we got a refund. I probably will return as a customer but with caution.

Always a great service
Always a great service. Fresh flowers, beautifully arranged and they always send a video of the bouquet before shipping which living abroad I really appreciate and love the fact that I can count on them to deliver within the time needed.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE
Really impressed with flowers.ie. Delivery was fast and the flowers arrived fresh, no wilting or damage, as I had ordered from other florists before and had issues with these things. The arrangement itself was even better in person than the photos, beautifully put together. Customer service was helpful and responsive when I had a question about my order.
