I was one of the ones scammed by Flourtish with the McLaren Advent Calendar. What eventually arrived was laughably poor and absolutely NOT as advertised.
If you bought with PayPal, dispute and get a refund. Flourtish are definitely scammers

Update - prompt refund when requested, so a small piece of credit to them for that. Rating upgraded to two stars.

Ordered in September, tracking stopped in October. They promised to resend the parcel but have not done so.

It seems this is a common theme for a lot of people reviewing this site.

Do not buy from this company.

I would not even give 1 star. Product they sent was nothing like advertised. Trying to send it back, cost me 54.00 dollars. They offered me 5 dollars back and told me the shipping cost would be too much for me to return the item. The nerve!!! It’s now a matter of principle.SCAM SCAM SCAM. Don’t buy from this site. In September I saw an ad for a unique advent calandar for the McLaren F1 car....and since I am a fan of McLaren's F1 team...I bought it. Shipment went out, I got the tracking number, knew it was coming from Europe and would take time. Followed it, was glad to see it got to Fairbanks, Alaska after being in transit for a month at that point....

And then it basically vanished. Last time anything happened to it was when it was scanned in Alaska on 10/23/2025. I have reached out to Flourtish MANY times since then, and all I get are excuses and "please be patient, the status will update soon". Well...here it is TWO MONTHS later and it STILL doesn't show any update since 10/23, and they STILL refuse to do anything about it.

I asked for either a new one to be sent overnight, or a refund...and was told no to both. Again, simply told that "We‘re so sorry for that it's too late to cancel the order", a refund would not be issues, and a new item would not be sent overnight at their expense seeing as they have had my money now for THREE MONTHS....while I have nothing.

The "tacking number" link takes you to a webpage with a lot of tracking information making it look like you are seeing something real, but if you look at the page as a whole, there is not one single name listed as to what shipping carrier it is, their location, phone number...nothing but a simple line at the bottom that says "We provide one-stop inquiry service for global logistics, air transportation and remote information. If you are worried about the user’s poor receiving experience, please contact us. Contact Email: services at tracking-hub dot com"...which I emails, and the reply I got back was worded and phrased EXACTLY like the emails I had previously received from emailing Flourtish directly....so everything is obviously going through them and no one else.

This is obviously a scam as I have counted no less than 10+ reviews stating that they never received the advent calendar that was ordered, and got the same runaround from them.

***UPDATE***
After digging around, I have now found that "Flourtish" also has other websites doing the same thing under different names such as Lasting Times, and Researcher15. All three entities have the same identical physical address and contact email associated with them...which now shows as a shell company for a Russian business on numerous countries sanctions lists, including the U.S. Dept. of Treasury Office of Foreign Asset Control sanctions list!!!

***UPDATE 2***
Well...after confronting them with all the evidence I found of them being scammers from Russia, and all the evidence of them being on sanctions lists...amazingly, in less than 3 hours after giving them all this information about themselves, I get an email back from them telling me that my refund is being sent back through Paypal. Now to see how long it takes for it to show up if indeed sent.

Moral of this tale....DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH FLOURTISH!!!

Made an order for an advent calendar in September. The only thing I received was a half dozen bullshit excuses, blaming everyone and everything else, to include a postal strike that had ended weeks prior. Truly disappointed and angry.

Placed an order on 24th September that has never arrived. The tracking seemed to end in October, with no update and when I chased them, I was told a new item would be sent (I just assumed it had been lost in transit) That was 01 Nov and now 5 weeks later it's still not arrived and they just keep saying 'it will arrive soon'
Terrible company, I will not be ordering from the again.

I ordered a toy/ advent calendar in September 2025. It is December and it still has not arrived. I have asked for a refund multiple times . They claim they can't refund me because the product is on the way. They always respond via email. But it's always with the comment please be patient. I don't think I will ever receive this item.

I placed an order in September and never received the item. After chasing multiple times, I was told a second delivery had been dispatched—but nothing arrived. Their customer service is completely automated and unhelpful, with no human interaction. By November, still no delivery, so I requested a refund. The automated response claimed a refund was issued but provided no details. It’s now December, and I still haven’t received my money back—just the same repetitive automated replies. I’m now forced to pursue the refund through my bank.

Scam company - please avoid. Wish id checked here before purchasing from this website - advertised from social media. Total scam, advent calendar never arrived! Customer services sent a tracking link that didn’t work.

I placed a €35 order in September and it still hasn't been delivered. I've been waiting for my product for two months. They refuse a refund despite my numerous requests. They apologize for the inconvenience but promise delivery, yet refuse to provide a tracking link, asking me to trust them. Avoid this site at all costs!

Ordered around 20th September, was getting tracking details but then they stopped. On 28th October was advised they would send another item. Still waiting, won’t provide a tracking number. Just keep telling me to wait.
I don’t even want the goods now just totally fed up.
I have now received a Refund from PayPal so don’t care anymore.

Just wanted to highlight it other people the issues with this company.

Avoid ! No parcel, tracking most likely fabricated (just stopped) and random prewritten responses to queries.

My order didn’t arrive after two months. The “support” told me it could take some time to update the tracking a week ago and still no update on my package!
I have sent them a message that I want a refund and I will see if I can get my money back over PayPal at this point I don’t even want to get the order. It’s a complete scam and I’m hoping no one will order anything from this company

placed an order for an advent calendar at teh beginning of september. Paid extra for expedited shipping. Now at the end of november with no parcel and tracking info having not been updated for a month. Absolute scam of a company. Customer support is very dismissive and just tries to fob you off with wait longer BS.

Absolute SCAM of a company. Placed order 2 MONTHS ago and still not received. Just keep being fobbed off with excuses.. delivery delay, will send out new order.. can't offer you a refund. Complete sham.. DO NOT USE

Ordered product in September to get it well before Christmas. Updates came of its path from US to Finland, but never arrived. Customer service answered to questions and finally promised to send a new one and tracking will update in a rew days. Still in mid November no new info, no more answering by the Customer Support after I required return of the payment. THIS IS A HOXE! Should be very careful if considering any order from here.

I purchased a large Jack Skelenton cup for my daughter, never received it. On contacting the company they told me to contact courier, who have lost the package. Flourtish and now saying that I would need to pay for lose of product and delivery charges whether I want a replacement or a refund, absolutely disgusting having to pay for something you’ve never received! Company is a joke avoid at all costs!!

First they added tax to my order which wasn't declared on the original order confirmation which I luckily had taken a picture of! I claimed this back through Paypal. The tracking information stopped updating after my parcel supposedly shipped from Atlantic City, USA, to Edinburgh, UK. I live in England, so it doesn't make sense to send it to Scotland... My emails to the customer support querying where my order was have not been answered. I have not received my order and am out of pocket, as Paypal says the case was closed, as I had been partially refunded before (the tax). Scam! Avoid at all costs!

I ordered a Mc Claren advent calendar in September which never arrived. They send weekly bogus tracker updates & continue to send emails with other “great products & deals”. I hope this post might protect others from these thieves!
