I ordered two dresses for my 71 year old mother. They both were 2xl. They arrived and were very small made. Also one of the dresses was thin like paper.

They then try and bribe you so you don't send the items back. Offering you discounts and partial refunds not to send back the items.

Eventually I got them sent back, at a cost of £3. I got a refund of only £35.97 out of the £46,83 that I spent. They detuct the £3 return fee and they also don't refund you any discount code that you use. I got a discount code for being a new customer! plus they give you some points to redeem so I got another small discount.

This is the part where your scammed. They don't refund discount codes even though the app/website is full of them. As soon as you go onto the app you're bombarded with discount codes. They end up getting money for nothing. I'm out of pocket by just under £11! I have no items, and have just wasted my money.

Absolutely appalling that scammer companies can get away with it.

They pretend to not understand you and state the refund policy. Check out the site! Its like a gambling game full of the chineese scams. THEY SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED TO TRADE! THEY DO IT ON EBAY AND AMAZON AS WELL! DISGUSTING SCAMMERS ABSOLUTELY GROTESQUE.

When is this Company going to be stopped trading so many people are being conned - me included. My first order return was easy and money refunded but the second order no such luck. They offer worry free returns, not any more. Trying to fill in the returns details I came to being asked to pay for the return so didn't continue. No reply from emails with regard to worry free return. Like many others DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I returned trainers to the unit they came from as impossible to access returns process. Have received a refund which amounts to a third of the original price. Top ordered is very poor quality, size is massive, has gone into the charity bag.

This company is terrible. They show lovely photos of their items, but they are rubbish in reality. I bought two dresses from "Airy" but the label came with Floryday's name on it, so it looks like they are the same company. I have had a bad experience with Floryday before, so was shocked when their name cropped up again. The fabric was cheap and nasty and when i tried to put the dress on, the back seam split easily - no seam allowance.
I went online to return the items, but they make it hard and near impossible to do it. The return label was poorly printed and the process is made very difficult, so in the end you give up.
I've decided to throw the dresses in the bin and cut my losses!
I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM FLORYDAYS OR AIRY (OR ANY OTHER NAME THEY TRADE UNDER). ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL!!!

I wish I had thought before ordering. A bogus set-up all coming from China - a country to avoid with despicable habits. The shirt I got was badly made and very small with horrible rough material.
I have spent hours trying to sort out a return as I don't have a printer. The emails and 'chat' responses are all going in circles with nonsense replies, and I am so angry. I will now cut my losses and take the shirt to the clothing back.
This scam set-up should be investigated and the website taken down.

Ordered a couple of linen shirts and baggy trousers. The shirts are actually really nice. Plain and simple. The trousers a horrendous disappointment. Huge amount of fabric around the belly and bum, then draws into a tiny waist. Not at all comfortable or flattering. Sadly this is what happens when you buy from China. Won't make the same mistake twice. Although the tops are nice - this is pure luck - as none of the items look anything like the pictures

I believe Florydays is a SCAM company. I learned the hard way. I purchased several items online and lost money. I ordered two clothing items and received DIFFERENT LOOKING ITEMS than those shown online. One item appeared to be a beautiful blue and purple blouse with a retro 60's design. The blouse appeared as a pop up advertisement on my computer screen. This is what lured me to the site. The blouse I received was very different. It was a different blue and instead of purple, it was green with yellow flowers. It was very cheap and tacky looking. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!! The next item shown online was a pretty powder blue sweater. The sweater I received was a dusty grey-blue, a colour I would never wear. Another BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!! The site claims that customers can return goods for a full refund. This is NOT the case! I contacted customer service to begin the return process. I was emailed a US address for returns. When I got to the post office with the goods, I was told that the address did not exist. I later googled the address and found the same thing, NO SUCH RETURN ADDRESS!! I contacted customer service and explained the situation. i was not given an alternative address. So one CANNOT RETURN GOODS! I requested the next option which was to keep the goods and receive a 50% refund. Can't do much with goods one is not going to wear except donate them. Furthermore, I DID NOT RECEIVE a 50% REFUND, it was closer to 37%. This, plus the high shipping cost to initially ship the goods ended up costing me a lot money in the end. Also, I believe the clothing comes from China, a country I try to avoid buying goods from due to poor quality. The garments had no tags indicating where they were made. I thought country of origin tags were essential for ALL garments. I checked the tracking information and the tracking record showed that the goods originated in China before being shipped to Hong Kong. This company does not allow the consumer to know where the goods are manufactured. This is the first time I got lured into a SCAM company. What a waste of time and money. Please BEWARE of this company, I would not recommend it. Very disappointed!!

Ordered dress which took weeks to be dispatched. Eventually supposedly delivered by Yodel ‘through letterbox’ Never tracked it down and neither Floryday nor Yodel wanted to know. Gave up in the end but learned a lesson. Both crap companies. Don’t be sucked in!

I ordered sandals at the end of May 2021, they didn’t ever arrive even though I received constant emails supposedly giving me tracking updates, they stopped abruptly when they said they were in transit, in the UK, (the goods come from USA). The order number you are given is 19 digits long and doesn’t relate to anything traceable on their website and they don’t reply to emails. Luckily I had paid by PayPal and they refunded me after 6 weeks. I can only conclude that this is a bogus company, it came up on my Facebook page, buyer beware.

Very poor stitching, had to remove dozens of loose threads. Seams uneven and unraveling in places. Awful fit, dreadful material, poor quality all round. The shorts looked totally different in the photo. A very substandard garment for the price. Would not use this company again.

Returned two pairs of sandals that felt like they were made of cardboard! Disgusting, cheap, flimsy things. Had to pay Royal Mail to return them and never received any refund for the returned items! Avoid this company at all costs. No joy in trying to contact them to chase refund. They owe me £33.59!!!!!!

Totally rubbish company size 20 dress way too small could fit a size 10. Rubbish material nothing like the dress in the picture. Now waiting for refund. Avoid like the plague. NEVER AGAIN

Sizes way off - no returns label available on the website and no contact from customer shrive about how to return. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

As others have said this is a terrible company & I would never order from them again. The items that were sent were nothing like the photos online, the material was horrendous, I can't even describe what it looked like, maybe disgusting curtains. Also the size was completely wrong. Had paid £10 for postage and thought I would loose my whole payment as the process to return was so complicated. No way to get anybody to answer emails & no phone number, but eventually I got my returns label printed, sent items back & after a number of weeks I did get a part refund. Think I was lucky to have received any money back. If you are thinking of buying from this company, think again & don't. Total scam company. Avoid them.

I read the scary reviews but decided to ignore them. I order 3 blouses, and a 1 piece bathsuit. It took forever to reach. Can you imagine my surprise when 2 of the blouses, my favourite is nothing like the ones I ordered,TOTALLY DIFFERENT. I hate dishonesty, DAMN THIEF!!!!

The dress I got is nothing like the picture.Looks so cheap ugly different colour and worst of all it took more than 2 months to get my dress after endless messages requesting for a refund.

Wow just read the reviews and to be honest if I had read them before ordering I wouldn't have bothered but that being said I did order, two tops just to go with my jeans which were delivered in a matter of days and I'm more than happy with them. £6 each you can't really go wrong can you. The only thing I would say is it's impossible to track your items so it's a case of hoping they turn up but they did and like I say I'm very happy with them. Maybe I was lucky, I don't know but the reviews have definitely put me off ordering anything else. Quit while you're ahead comes to mind 😁

Absolutely horrendous company. Can't send items back. So this company has stole my wife's £50.
Don't shop with this con company.

I have to say goods arrived on correct date that is why I have given one star.
Other than that everything is bad ! Material is cheap and possibly dangerous, the dress looked nothing like they advertise. Then the fun starts -try their “worry free”returns. It is impossible, you continually get error messages and cannot print the return label. Email them and you just get a message saying error will be sorted out try again! After this happening a few times I sent a mail asking PLEASE just email me a returns label. Just got more of the same. They obviously hope you will give up trying! WHAT A CON !! Do not be tempted.
