Florydays 

I have ordered a lot of items from Floryday , i haven't had to send anything back , because i am elderly so ,not very good at ordering on line , i have made mistakes with items that Floryday has sorted out for me in no time ... every dress or top i have ordered has been true to the size and the colour in the picture . I love Floryday , the price , the fabric and the fit ..... been ordering now for at least two years ... 5 stars from me

Bad quality...No...no quality! Even one star is too much!
Cheap materials, wrong claimed with cotton but clothes are made out of polyester.
Looooooong shipping time! Waited almost over a month.

Poorly service. No good answer but standard answers without caring for the real conversation/problem.

Retour was horrible. Payed 57,70€ but only got back 45,47€. They just claimed the difference as shipping costs. But they payed for shipping only 8€ and then took 12€ from me.

Do not buy here!!!!

I ordered a swimsuit, 1 month ago and was told processing would be 5-7 business days . Well 1 month later the order is still processing! I have inquired twice and the first time I was told that this was peak season and it would be sent out the 28th off March . That day came and went to find the order still processing and now to be sent by April 10th ! Again “peak season and high demand for that item “ Wondering if I was just totally scammed ! Oh, but they offered me a 10% discount coupon in my next order for the inconvenience! Mmhmm , right !!

Took my money said it was delivered but where not to me. Leave well alone a scam!!!!!!

I have been getting lip service for months.

They took my money & NEVER received my purchase. I wish I looked at the reviews first!

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE COMPANY!

I ORDED SLIPPERS IN JANUARY. I DID NOT RECEIVED THEM.I WAS PROMISED REFUND AND DIDN'T RECEIVE IT EITHER. AVOID FLORYDAY.

This company uses other company's product photos (i.e. Walmart) and make using cheap polyester. The product looks nothing like the photos.

Delivery was good but the sizing is off the wall-ordered large as am between 14-16 and it is massive, goods okay, not bothering to return as it was cheap and will probably cost about £5 to return. Honestly I should have ordered small and that would probably be too!

It’s been a month and my order hasn’t even been processed I still have to wait another 20 days to ship! The spring season will be over before I get these items!

Read the returns/postage details closely! Bought two tops, size small was too big for me and I’m approx 10/12 UK . Material felt cheap and colours not the same. Expensive postage costs. You don’t get the full amount you paid back if you insist on returning items (they say the tax on items is not refundable) It’s really not easy to return anything. Though the clothes look great in the pictures I won’t be ordering again.

Poor quality clothes that don't match size stated. Very expensive return, more than twice normal postage!

I was concerned whenI read the reviews here after making a purchase but my experience was excellent. Delivery soon after purchase, goods as described and good quality. Very happy with the 3 items and will order again.

First time I have ordered online and not had to return. I have problems getting a fit in clothes but the 3 dresses I ordered fit beautifully.

The merchandise is cheap, nasty, ill fitting tat. The pictures must be enhanced as the quality of workmanship is shoddy and unacceptable. I ordered three things and paid a fortune for postage, even though it came from the UK. I lost over £16 by returning these items. Do not be taken in by the photos. This was a very frustrating, costly, disappointing experience. Do not buy.

I am trying to return items I purchased from Floriday. I filled out all the steps they ask for but cannot print or download the free return label that they say I can get since it is the first time I am returning items from this order. Nor can I email them or phone them.

I was going to order more but won’t now unless this problem is corrected.

I am upset. What can I do.

I've been trying for days to return two articles of poor quality cheap and nasty, little style. They suck you in with photos of the products. I've given up with trying to return them. No customer service via phone. I'll donate the items to a charity and cut my losses. I'm not a complainer but this firm take the biscuits.

The cardigan looked colourful in the picture but not like that when it arrived. Dull looking. The knitted material is so floppy they lined it with a thin nylon material but it is still shapeless. What a waste of .oney. charlatans

I have received my package only to find horrible cheap clothes and the sizing is way out.
I cannot log in to my floryday account and they won’t send me a new password even though I know I have used the correct one.
Apparently I am unable to return the items unless I can log in.
I have been unable to use the “contact us” link I found on the internet, so I suppose that I have been fleeced.
From now on I will always google a company I am buying from.
DO NOT BUY FROM FLORYDAY.

awful, cheap clothing, very disappointed, long return and postage costs taken so do not even get full refund, wish i had read these reviews beforehand would have saved a fortune in postage costs both ways terrible company
