AVOID THIS PLACE, HORRIBLE COMMUNICATORS AND MISLEADING PHOTOS. ORDERED TULIPS WORTH ALMOST 10,000 PESOS AND IT DOESN'T EVEN COME CLOSE TO THE POSTED PHOTOS. THEY DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO REPLICATE. HONESTLY, EVEN IF IT WAS PRICED AT 1000 PESOS I WOULDN'T BUY IT IF I HAD KNOWN IT WAS THAT BAD. YOUR MONEY IS BETTER OFF ELSEWHERE.

Worst experience ever and never again …
I ordered a surprise flower combo from this shop that was dated December 7th. While the transactions of orders and payments went through well. Except for the promise of the delivery timing that was stated online, the selected timing at 1500 to 1900, and that was the worst experience knowing that the said shop has the option of express delivery within 3 hours, and then after reaching out to them million times via email and even international call not even one person answer and finally the delivery was successful and arrived at 22:00, dont ever trust this kind of shop. The mindset of the staff is so poor, they don't know how to take responsibility with their words and actions the worst company for sending a surprise with your loved ones so if you want your loved ones to be happy and be surprise don't ever order from here. Because they would only reason out the traffic and they would just tell you they will try their best but trying best not enough you have to deliver the promise that stated in your shop not having a filipino mindset that is always late. Be on time and accept the customers' feedback positively not blame the customers and state that you were just frustrated, by the way it is not the customer's fault so do the job and be responsible if you don't want criticism from your customers

It was a sudden request and requirement from me for a special person with special occasion. The store willing to assist me with great service and manage to send a bouquet of roses on the same day !!😃 BTW this is my 1st attempt and I am from Kuala Lumpur. Kudos to this store ! Recommended to everyone in this world

Misleading Photos and Poor Quality Flowers
The flowers delivered were nothing like what was advertised far from it, actually. The quality wasn’t good at all and definitely not worth what I paid. When I reached out on WhatsApp, they told me the florist just followed the description of the bouquet. That’s when I realized they’re using random photos in their listings that aren’t even their own work, so the bouquet you get ends up looking completely different.

Very dissappointed
I was a regular customer. I ordered a surprise gift for my loved ones 5 days prior. I accidentally ordered 2x so I reached out to them the following day and told them about the mistake and ask them to confirmed the ordered item was made. No issue was stated upon reaching out to them. So I thought everything was sorted out. Day of supposedly delivery. I reached out again in the morning and asked them if they know what time is the delivery. And here they are saying that it was automatically red flagged by their system and they don't have control over it? On the day of delivery track status saying payment received 5 days ago. Very frustrating and dissapointing

I ordered my gf’s fave - yellow roses - but unfortunately they were not available in my gf’s location. Florists were good enough to explain this to me, AND place a note in with the flowers apologising - all so my gf knew the intention was for them to be yellow.

My experience with your service has always been great. I’m not a new customer; I’ve been ordering from you for years, and everything about the service has consistently been amazing.
However, I do have one issue. None of the coupon codes I receive by email — including the 10% off codes and others — ever seem to work. I’ve already raised this concern on WhatsApp, but I was told nothing was wrong. Unfortunately, this has happened to me three times on three separate orders.
I hope this can be looked into, as I really enjoy your service otherwise.

Everything went smoothly! Checkout was smooth, when recipients number was in correct they contacted me very quickly and it was resolved. Order came in later than expected but it didn’t matter to me as long as she received the gifts!
