I recently ordered a beautiful bouquet for a very special friend, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. I live in Canada, so I was a bit unsure at first about ordering from a distance, but the communication through Facebook Messenger was incredibly prompt, clear, and reassuring every step of the way.

The service was truly on par, professional, kind, and attentive. They made the process feel easy and personal, even from miles away. And when I saw the final arrangement, I was genuinely impressed. The flowers were vibrant, thoughtfully arranged, and absolutely stunning.

Got surprised by a bouquet by Philflora. I think it’s underrated. Flowers were beautiful and they come with a bear too. Driver was nice also. He didn’t tell me it’s a bouquet so I was really surprised. Thank you 🥰

Bad experience. Our surprise valentines flower gift was supposed to be received from 9:00 am to 12:00noon as requested. Yes indeed we received it, But at 12 midnight of Feb 15. in addition, the receiver didnt really know that they do have flower. I was the one to tell them to look for it in the gate because the driver just left it and hang it there. Good no passerby took it. I ordered the flower 9:30 am of February 3. Because I was aware it will be busy. I call them in the morning of feb 14 asking about my order and they said it was still there awaiting for the rider, it was late because it rained. Need to wait. I said ok i will call them again and follow up. I waited call them again for the second time, i told them the receiver will be out of the house at 6:00pm. They said it will be delivered but no exact time. I still hope that it will make it on time. I call them for the third time they said a rider pick it up but they cannot give me a tracking number. It was already 30 minutes before 6pm. I know my surprise wont reach the reciever. They failed me. The staffs are polite saying there sorry but that is not the point the problem is I trusted them that they will deliver my flowers on time that the receiver will be surprise and happy but i was dismayed, anxious, and frustated about the unpleasant incident. My transaction with this flower shop is traumatic which no one should experience.

Poor customer service. High cost of shipping fee and no one responded via call, txt, fb or viber for delivery status. Not recommended.

Wonderful selection, and quick action as well. They were able to accomodate my change request for the flowers, and delivered the package so beautifully!

The flowers were so beautiful, my fiancé was so happy to receive them! The option to add chocolates to the order is also very nice! They arrived quickly, and the delivery driver was so friendly! I recommend it 100%!!

I was notified at theast minutes that my friend was celebrating an event. I needed to get something delivered asap! I check many online store but they took forever to reply. I saw that Phil Flora was doing same day delivery so I gave them a try and wow! They completed my request so fast! Great communication and fast service! It's now my go to store whenever I want to buy flowers and gifts!

Second time to order and still very much satisfied the roses were Beautiful and they allowed me to deliver on Mother’s Day . I have ordered 2 more and hoping they stay consistent. Very convenient as well as they take care of deliveries. But the most important is that the roses were beautiful
