I placed an order 1/7/2026 for Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Koroneiki Olives – First Cold Pressed – 3L as advertised online on Flora Foods.com, after 2 weeks of argument of trying to get a shipping tracking #, I was told when they have it in stock it will be shipped, I asked for cancelation and it was refused for over 2 weeks, Jan. 20, 2026 I received a package by UPS Tracking # 1Z0K7D48YW12537600, I opened it and it was a totally different than what I ordered, the oil can was opened and sealed with a tape, so I poured some in a glass and it was totally different oil quality and does not smell like olive oil, it was very light oil, so I took a photo of it and I contacted Flora Foods immediately and left them a voice message after trying to get hold of someone to talk to, no one ever answer the phone, so I went online and I opened a help chat which it was useless too, it was an answering system only, not real people, so here I am, I disputed the charges on my credit card co. and I hope I when the case.
