Would recommend Mission Loans to my friends and family. Friendly, trustworthy, and very responsive.

When I was going through the experience, they communicated very well. Once everything was done. It changed before I even made my first payment they sold or transferred my mortgage to a brand new company already. Regret the whole thing.

Everyone worked well together and the process was quick and easy

The whole process was very straightforward. I initially stated to work with Joel Leal and he was great help then I followed the process with Erika Servin. The both were very nice and easy to work with. I definitely recommend working with them.

The communication on everything was perfect. All questions answered in a timely manner and the entire staff was professional and friendly!!

The entire staff is friendly and thorough. The entire process was very easy.

From the time I inquired about a loan I received so so many texts from different lenders, but noone would respond in a timely manner but Sebastian Haane CALLED me not text me! And was very patient and detailed and explained very well what type of loan would work for me. He was very caring about my interests and concerns and not just about loaning me some money. He even stayed consistent when I wasn't haha!
Then came close to the end and I was being helped my Nolen Ennis, who was super helpful as well
When I had bumps in the road with stuff I knew nothing about or how to even fix them he was there. I would call and get a VM but he always returned my calls quick. The process was quick and I am highly satisfied with how everything turned out. I never really had to get a loan before and was clueless to alot but if I had to do this again I would really go with Mission Loans. I am impressed with the amount of professionalism and customer service this team had. Thank you Mission loans, Sebastian and Nolen.

Everyone was pleasant to deal with, my questions were answered quickly and I felt important, not just some random number.

The quality of the service received was excellent and the people were totally outstanding.

Great, quick and painless experience. Sales and underwriting team were specific with their request and happy to answer my "dumb" questions.

Mission Loans sent paper mail to my home and intentionally used the envelope window to make it appear that the letter came from my actual mortgage lending bank.

I do not have a loan with Mission and I have no idea how they got such detailed information about my existing mortgage. I am completely disgusted that they would try to mislead a homeowner, especially to get a disabled veteran to refinance to a higher APR, for Mission's own financial benefit.
