Ordered and paid for “free” samples over a month ago and still have nothing to show for it. No samples, no refund, and despite chasing customer service, no response either. Completely unacceptable service and a terrible experience from start to finish. I’m now out of pocket and being ignored. If this is how they treat potential customers, I wouldn’t trust them with a full order. Avoid.

I ordered carpet samples on 3rd May, heard nothing and almost 3 weeks later I tried to call but no answer and nobody returned my call. I emailed and nothing but I did ask for a refund of my postage costs and miraculously the samples were dispatched but this is far too late and I no longer need them. Very disappointing.

Very fast response to ancering my questions ❓ and the price was also competitive.

After paying for the carpets, they did not arrive. There was no explanation for this. I cancelled the order, and will hopefully get my money back because I paid by credit card. I think these people are scammers, so please be careful.

Only given a four star review as the lack of communication is a slight problem ie nobody answers the phone but you do get a reply on email,
Luckily, the carpet was in stock so was with us within seven days ,

samples took ages to arrive so we asked for our £5 to be refunded as by then we had moved on and purchased a carpet rather than listen you then sent the order a few days later when it could have been canceled very poor hence we wont bother you again

I wish I read the reviews before. Run!! They will take your money and you won’t get anything. What a scam! Company doesn’t exist except to take your money. Don’t waste your time or your money. Will be reporting to FCA and a police.

Wish I had read the negative reviews first! Gutted as I have now lost money and been scammed by this company.

All the negative reviews are true. I ordered my carpet 20 days ago and have not heard anything from the company. I have sent many emails and tried to call which just goes straight to voicemail. I now know my carpet won't be delivered and I have been scammed.

Currently going through my bank to get the money back from them.

WORST COMPANY ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS, TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER REPLY OR SEND THE CARPET YOU PAID FOR - AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Ordering was straight forward. There was a miscommunication regarding delivery but sorted quickly and efficiently

Order not delivered. Did not respond to my phone messages or emails. When I messaged today threatening further action I received a one line email saying a refund had been made. No apology or reason why order was not delivered

Absolutely terrible still haven’t refunded my carpet you never sent

After a quick stock check call on 4th August, delivery time would be about 2 weeks.

Enquire as to a more definite date into the second week, to be told 1st September, I accept this new date.

Few days later get a voice mail saying the courier is short staffed and delivery will be mid to end of September.

I emailed to ask if the items are in stock, and could I pick them up instead. My email was ignored and instead I got a refund email which I have to wait up to 10 days for.

Side note, the carpet I purchased went up by £1 per square meter a few days later, If this was the issue, I would have sent you an extra twenty quid to cover small mistakes.

Takes your money then doesn’t respond to emails or calls regarding when it will be delivered not had any point of contact in 7 days since order was taken

Been 2 weeks since they took my payment and apparently are still waiting for the manufacturer to send my carpet to them even though they have twice said its being sent out but then on the day ive heard nothing. Spoken to Paul 3 times who keeps giving me excuses and Becky who doesnt seem to know anything about anything.
I've asked for a refund as theyve put me 2 weeks behind my scheduled moving in date.
They're not answering phones or emails and apparently they have a fault with the phone line ans also the courier!
I can send screenshots or emails and messages and voicemails if proof is needed.
I shall be contacting trading standards and taking this as far as I can.
It's unacceptable to treat customers this way. They have over £420 of my money.

Excellent service from start to finish couldnt of ask for more, you can also even track the courier on the day of the delivery , they gave me a rough time slot on the day before . Excellent service and contact throughout. Would recommend to friends and family A+++++

Terrible service, just said here's you refund with no explanation, so I presume my order is cancelled?

Do not use this company. They do not reply to emails, the phone always goes to voicemail and they never phone you back.
I ordered a carpet that was delivered 3 weeks later.
Zero customer service after they receive your money.

SCAM COMPANY BEWARE!!!
I ordered carpet (£828) from this website and received a confirmation email. I had no response to emails and they don't answer the phone. Finally after 12 days they sent me an email that appears to have been written by a 5 year old. They lied about waiting for a delivery date from the manufacturer. I called the manufacturer and they had the carpet in stock ready for next day delivery. I emailed asking for a full refund and they sent me £49 with no explanation. These people just take your money and ignore you. Absolute thieves.
Luckily I paid on a credit card and was able to do a chargeback. First time I have ever been caught out. I then had to wait four weeks to allow them to appeal which they did not do. This has caused a 6 week delay to getting carpet down in my newly built extension.
I only wish I had done my research and read the other reviews before ordering. They don't even deserve 1 star.
UPDATE: He appealed the chageback on the very last day claiming to his bank that he dispatched my order on 3rd July. Still no communication and no carpet 17 days later. It must have got lost in the post. Total lier.
