I travelled from Coventry to Floor Street in Birmingham after hearing great things about them, and I'm so glad I did. From the moment we arrived, the whole experience was professional, welcoming, and completely stress-free.

A special thank you to Davinder, who looked after us throughout the process. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely took the time to understand what we were looking for. He explained all the different flooring options in detail, answered every question we had, and never made us feel rushed or pressured into making a decision.

What really stood out was how easy Davinder made everything. Choosing flooring can be overwhelming with so many options available, but he guided us every step of the way and made the whole process simple and enjoyable. His customer service was outstanding, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with our choice.

Ordered some samples only two days ago, they were shipped super quick and communication was excellent. With the help of Davinder, we chose the best laminate for our house and made the purchasing process very easy and reassured me they’d be available until my order is fulfilled

After seeing Floor Streets flooring on one of my favourite Instagram accounts over a year ago. I made my mind up this was going to be the company I would contact when I was ready to update the whole ground floor of our home. I sent for samples of their 12mm Laminate flooring . I had my favourite already in my head, but when my 6 samples came. Wow. They all looked fantastic. Really good quality. I was duly contacted by Shaun who was really helpful asking if recieved everything OK and offered any advice on anything I wasn't sure of. I gave him my quantities I required. He came back within the hour. Great price and sorted a sale discount too. Sean offered to keep the boards to one side once ordered and delivery date was when ever suited me, which was a month away.
