Excellent fast delivery. Have yet to use the sealer hence the four stars . Hopefully it will be as good as the delivery service .

The product is very good and easy to use, the downside is waiting for FEDEX to deliver the item as scheduled, normally 3 to 4 hour outside the delivery schedule quoted

Without a doubt, one of the best products I have used. My extension is like brand new after using this product and without any effort. It does exactly what it says it does!

I ordered some Intensive Tile Cleaner off Floorseal recently. I'm not sure if my internet was playing up but unbeknown to me, I'd ended up ordering it twice. I got a call straight away from Floorseal to double check that I'd intended to place 2 orders. When I said this was a mistake, they refunded me straight away for one of the orders, which I really appreciated (they could have just sent out both orders). I've just used the product on my kitchen floor and really pleased with the results. The tiles were quite grimy and the dirt wouldn't come off with general cleaners. After one clean with this product they looked so much better. I would definitely this company and their products.

The Floorseal Spring Patio Clean worked a treat on my porcelain tiled patio but did not touch the large rust stains so I also bought the Rust Remover for Stone and the result was amazing after only one application.

The black mould remover works really well. It disappears as you watch and 15 min later it’s all gone. It took more product than I was expecting to cover the area of patio so had to buy more but as I knew it worked I didn’t mind ordering more.

Black mould disappeared in 10 mins. I had tried many other products but none worked. The patio tiles were clean but had black mould stains.

Amazing! I initially used another product which moved the algae but not the black spot.
My cream porcelain patio now looks immaculate. Ill definitely use in the future and highly recommend this product

I purchased Natural Stone Sealer Breathe for a Limestone patio. The coating went on super easy and fast. After first coat I applied a second one as per the instructions. Next day the patio looked just as it had, the coating has soaked in leaving the slabs natural looking. I cannot vouch for the long term yet.
Floorseal's team were excellent sorting out an issue with the delivery company dropping the package at the wrong house. They couldn't have been more efficient sorting it out very quickly.

Really fast delivery and a great product. Have previously used a pressure washer for cleaning the patio but wasn't satisfied with the results as black stains remained so decided to try this product. I started with the first application neat as the slabs were extremely dirty and left for 15mins then scrubbed with a stiff broom and applied another heavy coat which was diluted 1 to 1 and left for another 45mins occasionally brushing again. After rinsing the results were really impressive it's the cleanest the patio has been for years really recommend the product.
