Ordered flooring at a competitive price froma good online site and was advised delivery would be a Friday- received emails cancelling this and was told it would be the following Tuesday. No real problem until Friday came and call received from delivery driver parked outside our house with no-one home! Would n't leave in a safe place so my wife left work to go home by which time driver had left telling us to rearrange delivery date. These were the only problems encountered with what should have been a simple delivery which otherwise marred the good service received until then.
Would probably use again if they can sort out their delivery schedules

I thought that the flooring was great. Unfortunately their delivery service really lets them down. The window for delivery is from 8am - 6pm. Who can stay at home waiting all day? It is crazy!!!!!!!!!
Today I am waiting for another delivery. I have no idea what time it will come. I asked the delivery company to call me but last time they did not call me until they were at my front door. I was at work, not good. ;o(
For this reason I will not order from them again, too stressful.

Just purchased some Altria flooring, ordered 3 m off the website on receipt of the flooring it was only 1.5 m long. Why on earth would you sell a product in such a way ???? Buying means converting a your area into an area 1.5 wide why would anyone do that ? Why not just sell per linea meter , simple. Talking to a manager no resolution was offered no help. Thanks Daz it needs to be one piece so sending 3 m2 won’t help

Excellent company to deal with. From first contact via their chat facility, then onto speaking directly with Elaine to help with order availability. Order placed on Friday and received first thing today. Outstanding service all round. Would use again and highly recommend.

Ordering on line was so straight forward. Price was competitive. Communication was good. Goods arrived by their own transport on the scheduled day which was only days after the order was placed. Goods were off loaded and put where they were wanted. Very efficient indeed.

Brilliant service as usual, depending on area, flooring is delivered next day or the following, you can't ask for much more than that, Elaine's on the ball as usual.
