We have been looking for a specific make and colour of LVT flooring for weeks. I called numerous flooring companies and the manufacturer direct. I was told the model was suspended. Therefore, I continued my search to see if any, anywhere in the country had stock of 6 boxes. Some companies were not very helpful at all and I do appreciate it is quite a small quantity compared to some of the orders they receive.
When I contacted Flooring Supplies direct and spoke to Elaine. She assured me she would find something to my specifications. Within half hour she called me back and had found stock in 3 different colours for me to choose from. My flooring arrived today, just 2 days after I purchased it. My husband and I are thrilled with it.
Elaine took the time to listen to me and talk through options and even managed to find 6 boxes of exactly what we needed.
I cannot thank Elaine enough for her kind, friendly and professional customer service. I will definitely choose Flooring Supplies Direct in the future.

Elaine has a vast knowledge of flooring products and offer her expert advice, Elaine always responds to emails and text promptly and always has a very competitive price that beats my local suppliers. Elaine is prompt after ordering from her, informing you with delivery dates and time, which is good these day to saving time waiting for the delivery to arrive.
I don't bother with wasting time calling around for the best price to save a few pounds here and there, I prefer a service that Elaine delivers when she say the delivery will be delivered. Two hours waiting for a lorry to arrive cost's you two hours labour which is more than the few quid you have saved from your local supplier that couldn't find your site or couldn't be bothered to deliver on time.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my recent orders with your company. I regret to say that both orders have been mishandled, causing significant inconvenience, unnecessary expense, and considerable frustration.

Firstly, the initial order was sent to the wrong address, despite the correct details being provided at the time of purchase. This error resulted in a substantial delay to our project, as we were unable to proceed without the necessary materials. Consequently, we were forced to pay our builders for their time, even though no work could be completed due to your company’s mistake.

To make matters worse, when the replacement order finally arrived, it was not the correct flooring that we had specified. This second error led to further delays, and once again, we were left bearing the cost of labourers who could not work as planned. In addition, we had to pay for their hotel accommodation, as they had already travelled to the site based on the delivery dates you had provided.

What has been particularly disappointing is the unprofessional manner in which your company has dealt with these issues. Communication has been poor, and there has been a noticeable lack of urgency or accountability in resolving the problems. At no point have we felt that our concerns were taken seriously or that appropriate steps were being taken to rectify the situation promptly.

Given the considerable inconvenience and financial loss we have suffered as a direct result of your company’s repeated mistakes, I request a full explanation of how this situation was allowed to occur, as well as appropriate compensation for the costs incurred due to your errors.

I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to this matter.

My order was dealt with in a professional and helpful manner by Mo of the Croyden store. The goods arrived within 5 days, all in all a great experience and at a very competitive price.

I found the prices at Flooring Supplies Direct to be very competitive, and the quality of the products offered very good. I had a couple of questions regarding installation and Elaine was very helpful.
The tiles I ordered arrived on the day that was scheduled. I work from home and the delivery was made in the morning so it worked out fine for me.
However, I'm sure a more specific delivery window and a call from the driver would be essential to most people. This would certainly improve the delivery process. Overall I'm very happy.

Dealt with Mo at Croydon who couldn’t have been more helpful. Unfortunately failed by the courier co who were booked to deliver Thursday. They failed to do so on the day but confirmed would arrive on Fri. When chased on Fri lunchtime was advised hadn’t left their depot but could deliver on Sat. As the installation was scheduled for the Friday, collected the materials myself from them. No apology and wasted time and money in the process. Took me most of a day to lay and am really pleased with the quality of the product (Ironwood Driftwood). A good experience with Flooring Supplies, let down by their courier service

So far the company has been brilliant, I spoke to Vincent first who was very knowledgeable and very patient with my dithering over choice of floor. When I had finally made up my mind I called to place my order and spoke with Isaac who was equally helpful. It is so nice to have such great customer service. My flooring is being stored by them as I am not ready to have it delivered yet but wanted to take advantage of a very good price. Not sure how many other companies would do this, a really customer friendly thing to do. Very impressed so far, I will update my review when my flooring gets delivered.
