Ordered on the 31st, delivery was scheduled for the 8th. e mail on the 7th notified a delay to the 10th. No delivery received by the 11th.

The product I wanted was out of stock but they sourced an alternative supplier. It was good to be able to speak to people at their office directly and all went to plan.

Having spent almost a year with an extension being built I have not found this to be the case with many suppliers I have used. WELL DONE Flooring King. You demonstrate that it IS possible to fulfil orders on time and pleasantly.

Would have given 5 stars...
Would have given 5 stars but there was some slight issues surrounding delivery, mainly an issue at the warehouse and no tracking information but I called and the man I spoke too was nice and was able to help me out. Will be using them again in the future though as I was so pleased with the overall service.
