Outstanding from start to finish
I've just had my house fitted out with Carpets and Oak flooring.
Dave from the Southport shop was very friendly & professional , in assisting and advising me to choose the flooring , with prompt quotes ,
Dave ,the guy who fitted the Oak Flooring was polite, and prompt, no mess was left and he done an excellent job as did the guys who fitted the carpets

This company goes out of it's way to assist customers. The quality of the glue down flooring is also exceptional and perfectly engineered. This is a genuine review not set up by the company.

Very fast delivery and amazing quality of product.

Delivery wasn’t the best as no information provided. But that wasn’t the worst bit, when I had a problem with a product they washed their hands of it and basically said that I should have spent hours researching the product that they recommended because they couldn’t be bothered to put the right/or any information on their website, even when I emailed the complain they even admitted that they couldn’t really find any information on it themselves. Absolutely useless after sales and definitely would not recommend or be using again.

I dealt with Dave at the Southport branch and he arranged the measuring and fitting of new flooring for most of the house. He was outstanding - laminate floors were fitted by Mark who was also outstanding. So pleased with the finished job

Still waiting for a manager call back. Was told it was a 4 hour call back timeframe, that was 2 days ago. They don’t change their product codes on their website when an item changes so you end up with product that is useless and give stupid suggestions about how to resolve this issue.

Product wasn't as the online photos. Had a very dark mark in it. Was hoping to get a replacement sent out but they said it wasn't a defect. So we are stuck with an unusable coir matt. I have since ordered from another supplier. Far better quality. Price and delivery time was good so 2 star. You get what you pay for.

Ordered grey coir matting sample to check the colour. Sample arrived swiftly. Ordered 1mx1m to fit to doormat well at entrance door. Excellent quality and easy to cut on reverse. Very pleased with the colour as it compliments my white and grey entrance. Competitively priced item. Thank you.

This was my first purchase from Flooring UK and it certainly won't be the last, the customer service is excellent, the quality of the doormat is equally excellent, delivery as promised. What's not to like.

I recently purchased 17 packs of laminate flooring and beading what can I say fabulous product at a very competitive price and the staff so friendly knowledgeable and helpful .if you need flooring I highly recommend you give this place a look

Horrible customer service, very quick at replying but not actually providing information needed. Using other companies as suppliers as do not stock or manufacture anything, therefore the resolution for any wrong/damaged goods are non existent. I would advise to use other flooring companies who most likely supply flooring uk, for cheaper and better service but for the same quality element.

Horrible company who will do everything not to take responsibility for their own wrong items sent.

I had to contact flooring uk about delivery as we live in the North of Scotland, they were quick to reply to my query and the order came on the day expected.
The quality of flooring is excellent and no other company could match the price.
We have now used flooring UK twice and wouldn't go anywhere else, and the 2nd time delivery was 48 hours.

This company is shambolic. They advertise spc click flooring as diy friendly. But if your floor has a 2/3mm deviation in it which 99% of floors do have. They will say your warranty is void. How can you make a product from powdered stone and expect it not to break
. Seriously they will try and get out of the warranty and ask for multiple photos and questions just not to refund you. I have been laying floors for 30 years including laminate click flooring and have never come across a product this bad. Yes you have some smart reply to defend your company but the truth is stop selling spc click flooring as its absolute garbage. You could lay std laminate mdf flooring and it would last 10x longer than this rubbish.
Avoid this company and spc flooring at all costs as it’s not solid laminate(but will pop up on Google search). It’s a cheap alternative.
Also I know I’m not the only person to have this problem with your spc flooring and you blame the installer or subfloor ever time. We can’t all be wrong can we 🤔

Beware! Our Zeezoo SPC flooring blew up, buckled and cracked at the edges within months of being laid.

The installer was very experienced but made a couple of errors on this occasion and following our independent inspection they were deemed partly responsible. They accepted responsibility for their part. Flooring UK and manufacturer are not repsonsible there.

However, the other reason was deemed to be the wrong product in the wrong place due to environmental reasons. Here is where my issue starts with Flooring UK.

The manufacturer and Flooring UK make lots of claims about the suitability of this product but ultimately it cannot cope with a myriad of different environmental conditions.

It is not suitable for fitting in any room with significant sunlight (so not next to Bifolds, Patio Doors or I'd imagine even with a large window.) Their defence will be that the temperature can't go above 27 degrees. Ask yourself how you can ensure that throughout the year?

It is not suitable for underfloor heating unless you can absolutely control the temperature of the subfloor at a very low level (under 27 degrees.) Ask yourself how you will ensure your room is warm enough without damaging your flooring?

The product is deemed to be suitable for lengths and widths of 13m but really trying to provide adequate expansion gaps is goign to be very difficult because it is prone to a lot of expansion. So it isn't suitable for sizeable open plan areas for that reason.

The product is very thin and therefore the clicking mechanism is fragile under pressure. Once any problem occurs very quickly the floor will cup and buckle in multiple places.

Please consider how a floor "widely regarded as one of the best products available" can have such limitations before buying. And be aware that Flooring UK and the manufacturer will accept no liability under their guarantee for implying that this flooring is "excellent above under floor heating as well as in areas exposed to natural sunlight" when it isn't.

In addition we had a very experienced installer. Anyone who believes that this floor is "DIY friendly" as Flooring UK claim would clearly be exposing themselves to the likelihood of the manufacturer invalidating their guarantee.

Second time dealing with this company. Initially there was a problem for me ordering from their website but this was soon dealt with and I ordered via email. Always excellent service, very swift delivery and well packeged, thus no damaged flooring.
