Very good with the sales pitch but…
Very good with the sales pitch but delivery was an issue and the product hasn’t lived up to expectation. Not even two weeks in and staining started to appear from dog drool. Now need to spend money sorting it out and refinishing!

We understand how frustrating staining can be, especially so soon after installation. Unfortunately, no flooring, particularly wooden flooring, is completely stainproof. Liquids, including pet drool, can cause stains if they remain on the surface and are not cleaned up promptly.
We always recommend regular maintenance and immediate cleaning of any spills or pet accidents to help protect the finish and keep your flooring looking its best.

The Manager was hopeless,
The Manager was hopeless,,gave us the wrong boxes then rang and said bring them back,gave wrong info on how much we could return if left over.Lied about it being end of range / get it now as its still available months after All the loading and reloading was hard work and no sorry just a laugh from him.
Products ok,price was reasonable.

As the flooring you bought is an end-of-line item, it is no longer manufactured or available for sale. Good product but I was disappointed in…
Good product but I was disappointed in the delivery which was only to my kerbside. It took me 2.5 hours to move it into the house.
Also, we bought straightaway as the ‘sale’ was ending a couple of days later.
However, the same price continued for weeks afterwards so I feel this sale tactic was rather sharp - even illegal under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

As we use a third party courier, they only offer kerbside only deliveries, meaning that they will drop your flooring off at the closest possible access point to the property, but they are unfortunately not licensed to enter a customer's property, and are therefore unable to assist with bringing any packs inside. Very Poor quality product
Very Poor quality product . I bought the most expensive engineered oak and it was not as described .poor shop knowledge and disgraceful customer service . I wish I had stuck to my guns and claimed off my credit card was forced to buy 58 mtrs to fit 50 . Rip off company £3500 wasted as they had all the chat and said couldn't be returned as a special order. Keep away from this cowboy company

it was helpful and friendly salesman. We had a good experience at the shop selecting the flooring. However, the contractor they provided to fit the flooring was terrible. He was not timely, rushed and was asking for more money for everything. It is about the year now since it is installed. The beading at many places are coming off. The tiles are loose at many areas. There are gaps under the door panels.
I wouldnt recommend.

Poor communication
Poor communication, not willing to take any responsibility, with delays on flooring, given multiple dates all lies kept blaming suppliers.
Not a penny in compensation after having to move trades at a cost to myself due to constant delays.
