all was good until I tried to setup the devices, I kept getting an error message, something about not available in my area. tried everything CS asked me to and still didn't work.

My feelings with customer service and Flixy

My feelings with customer service was great. The gentleman was very nice and very easy to understand. As far as the Flixy , I can't honestly rate it considering I never used it. The package was open but once I read the box info I knew it wasn't what I thought it was. I'm not up on this new technology .
