Stay away from Flixy

Stay away from this company. Very bad cs practices. the product did not allow me to connect to the Angel Network which was the sole purpose for ordering the device. Returning the product and getting a refund is very difficult. The product can only be returned if unused. So how do you know if the product works if you don't use it? I called cs to initiate a return and was told I had to complete a survey first and then email them that I did the survey. I did that and then got an email that did not give me instructions on how to return the item but offered me a 25% refund if I kept the items, again no instructions on how to return. I feel really scammed. Thank goodness Trust Pilot allows you to edit your reviews!

I bought the Flixy

I bought the Flixy, based on an advertisement and information on Google. After much research and unsuccessful, casting capability with my plasma and much older TV, I ordered this device. Set up was very easy, but unfortunately, it was not able to cast, the menu and sub menus were not able to provide any kind of casting activation, and after much back-and-forth with technical support, they did their best and being able to provide options and solutions, but still not able to navigate and find the casting functionality. Therefore, I am requesting a refund and call it a day.

I expected for the set-up to be very…

I expected for the set-up to be very straight foreward and simple setup. I connected the device to two different TVs. The TVs only flashed continuously which made the set up near impossible. I never received any form of a viewable image.

not compatible and I was advised to…

not compatible and I was advised to purchase a converter to use. I was not prepared to spend more money on an item I was assured would fit any TV.
I would like you to send me a label with the return address please and issue a full refund. thank you

I placed an order 4/2 and since the…

I placed an order 4/2 and since the website said the it was in stock I expected delivery about 4/6-7 and it arrived ( actually 3 items arrived) 4/17 and I was trying to cancel before the late arrival.
Since then I have been in contact with support to help with the return and they have been helpful

Remote control not working

I initially contacted Flixy for a defective remote control. The staff was very helpful and promised a replacement which I received. But unfortunately, the replacement was also defective. I could not connect the device to the wifi because the remote control was not working. I called customer support and told them about the issue and if I was doing something wrong and the agent offered a refund if I return the items.
