I realised the tv plug in was not what I wanted and had ordered 7 for family and friends. I emailed flixy and the money was refunded to my account in less than a week. They stayed in regular touch and were very polite. Cannot fault their customer service.

SCAM ALERT
Don't buy it, it's a scam. You can buy this TV dongle on AliExpress for £7.50. If you buy this TV stick, you will have to buy a subscription to see anything on Netflix, Disney or any of the subscription channels. They are telling lies in the adverts, YouTube don't care as long as they pay their advertising bill, which is pay before we play,
