Further to my previous review... Spoke to a nice guy by the name of Kris... And he was really apologetic about what happened and the way I was treated... He actually refunded the entire transaction... Which I was amazed at if I'm perfectly honest.... All the previous ones were offering 20%..then 40%.. And then 70%... But it goes to show... There are some decent people there... Just took me a while to find him.... Fair play to Kris.... And Thank you for listening to me. And the 3 stars go to him as the company is absolutely useless and WILL scam you!!!

I bought this after reading articles in independent media and YouTube influencers.
They took the money and eventually supplied the sticks 5 weeks later. Meantime I read the reviews here and elsewhere and tried to cancel. They wouldn’t “because you can’t cancel until you’ve received the goods.”
When they arrived they were just ordinary sticks. No free access to anything I couldn’t get on a Firestick for half the money. I learned from experience that you must notify the vendor that you reject the goods and they have ten days to collect them from you or you will dispose of them. Send all your emails to the bank and they will recover your money.

I sent the notification to Flixty and to my astonishment they refunded me within 5 days.

Like others I was conned by the ‘too good to be true’ claims Flixy made. I ordered my TV stick and then read the real reviews here not the fantastic ones on their own website. I cancelled my order immediately to be told that my order had already been processed within the 30 minutes that had elapsed. Over the following 5 weeks I finally received my stick and immediately rejected it as I had told them I would. After several offers of 25% refund, 45% refund and finally 70% refund, Flixy finally provided a return address. I sent the stick back by 24hr tracked and signed for. The only redeeming thing Flixy did was to pay the refund in full including my original shipping costs within a day of receipt.

Last night I ordered ONE firestick and ONE USB cables via PayPal. On my PayPal account I was charged for FOUR FIRESTICKS and FOUR USB cables totalling just under £200!! I tried to contacted them initially via there link on my PayPal invoice and got the message it was a Phishing site attempting to steal information! I contacted PayPal who have managed to refund me the money for the 4?USB ‘s but have had to open a case for the 4 firesticks. At least there’s been a stop put on the payment going out to them. As others have said I managed to contact the company within an hour and was told that the order had already been packaged and sent out! In an hour I very much doubt it! and I’d need to wait till it was delivered , by which time they’d have my money and it would be too late to reverse the payment , and return it to them to have my money refunded. That way they’d have had my money and I have no doubt I’d never receive the order anyway.
Stay away from this company!!!

Further to my review of 2 hours ago. I found a plug in my collection and it worked. The problem now is that a message says the stick says it is not connected to a wi fi network. It is because it is connected to the TV which is definitely connected to my WiFi network.

Also the remote controller does not function. I have changed the batteries twice but it does not work. I have contacted the company and await a reply. Do NOT buythisproduct.

This is a scam, the phone number and contact details do not exsist. Ordered 1 stick and 6 weeks later still not arrived. Doe's anyone have a e-mail address where i can complain to.

Please be careful when ordering as I selected one item and when placing the order it defaulted to 4. I tried cancelling within minutes of ordering but was told it had already been packed and despatched. Unbelievable. I will be returning all items.

After paying £78.00 and waiting over a month for delivery of this tv stick I found it didn't work , it did absolutely nothing and really wish I'd read the reviews before buying .stay we'll clear of this scam folks because the people involved in this scam should be locked up.

Their website says delivery in 5-9 days within Europe - I live in Portugal. It's now been almost two months and I still don't have (or want this product at this point). Somebody named "Victor" actually answered my email requesting a cancellation and returning my money. Both of his emails were "BS" claiming he can't do anything.

Worst purchase ever.

Constantly looses contact with Wi-Fi, takes long time to load apps. Especially you tube. Constant buffering. Suddenly quits app and goes back to main screen.
Lost Netflix because Netflix app updated and is now too advanced. Limited in app choice.
Remote control is slow to react. Mostly, have to double quick buttons before action happens.
I complained and asked for refund and they kept going down in price. 50%, 65% and even down to 75% discount. I got them down to 80% discount because I couldn’t be bothered to go through the whole returning experience.

Took 36 days to get and then it doesn’t work and can’t get in touch avoid still on utube same video but changed name of product

Ordered one for my partner on the 8th September, never received any tracking information so emailed them. Said I would receive it within 24 hours. To cut a long story short I have emailed 5 times and every time they say it has been sent.
I contacted the bank and explained to them that I have not received anything and I wanted a refund, they have given me a charge back but said I will have to pay them back if I receive it. According to the tracking system it has been in transit for over 6 weeks now so hopefully it won't be delivered. Wish I had read these reviews first. Don't touch this as it's definitely a scam.

This company is working a big scam.
I ordered a stick from the & with in few moments
They had charged me with 2 orders. One I got refunded the other I tried to cancel & was told it had gone to warehouse for shipping but it was not shipped for about 10 days. When it arrived thought Iwould try it. Was shocked as the apps on it was the same as my andriod box & no free to watch.
BIGGEST SCAM EVER still wainting for my money back

I didn't buy it but I know an old person who did. He got scammed out of his cash. FLIXY IS A SCAM - THE DEVICE DOES NOT WORK for accessing channels you normally have to pay for. IT IS A SCAM !! Be warned. No such device actually EXISTS that can do what this claims to. Firesticks can be used to stream legally or illegally, but there is NO DEVICE which can do what FLIXY claim. I do not understand how this company has not been prosecuted for FRAUD.

I realize I am not a buyer but when will people learn you get nothing for nothing
People are buying these because they want some for free

This is no better than a 2nd generation Firestick, what they say about about this Flixy is 1st class CRAP, do not touch it with a Barge Pole as its a rip off.
1) they say just plug it in no cables, that is a lie
2) they say you can get everything free, no chance,
3) just do not believe all the hype, lie after lie.

This company is a disgrace...ordered i unit and immediately got charged for 3 ....will be claiming a full refund from PayPal ASAP. Do not trade with them!
