Wrong address of the departure from…
Wrong address of the departure from Verona Porta Nuova. The flixbus departure is in via Andrea Palladio not viale Girolamo Cardinale. Luckily the bus was delayed and I manage to understand that the stop was moved. The bus stop change was not reported anyway, neither in the old stop or communicated via email.

Never seen worse
So far, the worst experience I ever had!
The drivers were extremely rude and without any respect for the dignity and time of passengers. They refused to help with luggage; they took a 40-minute break instead of 15 and also refused to stop for the toilet break during the 10-hour drive after the incident in the bus that prevented the use of the toilet. The whole bus was stinking because of the feces, and the drivers even left other passengers sit on the same feces. Among other things, the wifi didn't work either. Terrible experience. I usually travel with Flixbus, but after this, that will definitely change.

The bus was comfortable and the driver was very good. We arrived about 40 minutes late.
The bus stop area in Genova was not nice. No shelter, no seats, nothing. Difficult to find the right bus because at the main stop there is space only for three buses. That was all taken, so by bus stopped farther away. I had to run there with my luggage and I wasn't even sure if it was my bus.

Cancelled bus - no switch at the same price
In Milan Lampugnano I arrive on time to get my bus that was announced regularly on the board outside the station. The bus: Clermont-Ferrand 726 da Milano-a Lione Perrache on : 29 nov 2024, 07:25 - 14:15 GMT. No delay was announced but after 30 minutes after the regular departure time the bus was cancelled!!! I received a message on my email. I had to buy a much expensive new ticket on the next bus. No proposal from company to switch at the same price but only a refunding or a voucher. That’s not fair for me!! That is unacceptable for a serious company since the inconvenient is your full responsibility. Please consider changing this in favour of your customers that make your living.

The bus did not arrive at the scheduled…
The bus did not arrive at the scheduled station. The support says that the bus left as scheduled, but the bus did not go to platform N2 as written on the ticket. I suspect that it stopped somewhere else or there was an overbooking.So other ten people and I were abandoned.

nice smooth traveling
I got to travel at night enstead of getting at destination by train a day earlier and got to my morning appointment on time. I saved a lot of money and time. The trip was smooth, all passangers were friendly and quite, everyone just slept, no food smell, no chatting, no nasty perfumes, just a very smooth road trip.

The most expensive ride of my life
I’ve been using FlixBus throughout Europe for years. Last week, we decided to travel from Munich to Padua, and FlixBus was the only affordable option. It was a ~7-hour night ride, which was ideal since we didn’t want to lose a day in Italy. Although there’s a toilet onboard, it was unusable due to poor hygiene—one of the most significant issues we encountered.
After 2-3 stops, we left the bus at a station (Bolzano South) to use a proper restroom. There was a bar right by the bus stop, and we were quick—it took no more than 5 minutes. But as I came out of the restroom, I saw the bus already leaving. The driver had left the station without us.
Naturally, I immediately called FlixBus customer service. They informed me that restroom breaks are not for passengers unless specifically announced by the driver. According to them, it was our mistake to leave the bus, as we weren’t permitted to fulfill personal needs outside of it. This policy is completely dehumanizing. Passengers should not be treated poorly simply because they’ve purchased affordable tickets. But let’s assume this was our fault—why does a large company like FlixBus not take precautions to clarify these stops? Drivers only announce the name of the stop; how can we know whether it's a stop for us or just the driver?
We ended up taking a taxi to the Bolzano train station. The taxi driver told us that such incidents happen frequently. Apparently, we’re not the only passengers to experience this. There are numerous complaints about similar behavior from FlixBus drivers.
The worst part is that our luggage and jackets were still on the bus. Even though we reported this to customer service immediately, they offered no help in securing our belongings. We were told to submit a request on the FlixBus “lost and found” page and assured that there were security cameras on the bus. After arriving in Padua, we went to the FlixBus stop several times to try to locate our belongings. We even spoke with the same bus driver, but obviously, someone had taken our items. The drivers claimed to have seen nothing.
Here are my questions for FlixBus:
Why have a customer service hotline if they’re unable to take immediate action, such as contacting the driver to locate luggage? We would have gone to any location to retrieve our belongings, but nobody offered assistance.
Do you think passengers can endure a 7-hour ride without a restroom break? Is the break schedule entirely dependent on the driver’s discretion?
If there are security cameras on the bus, where are our belongings? Why does it take 14 days to inform us that our items are untraceable?
Are your drivers trained in making clear announcements? Or in safe driving, perhaps? The ride was extremely fast, and we felt unsafe for most of the trip. Are basic driving rules even enforced?
FlixBus is primarily chosen by students and people seeking affordable travel options. How can you treat them so poorly? Is it reasonable to expect someone to go without a restroom break on a 7-hour journey?
This has turned into an incredibly expensive holiday after losing my luggage and jacket, and taking four regional trains in the middle of the night. If you value yourself, don’t use FlixBus.
