SCAMMER business
SCAMMER business. Charged me double for a ticket and now I have to fill out forms to get the amount reimbursed. The final charged amount was higher than what was listed on the website and Flixbus said they could not reimburse for the amount I paid extra.

Would not drop me off and grabbed hold of me
I woke up less than 5 seconds after the bus exited Aarhus which was my stop. I asked them if they could drop me off. They rejected all my desparate attempts even though we're driving past many places where it would have been possible to drop me off without losing time. Instead, I had to go to Aalborg and back. (1.5 hours each way). I have never in my life experienced anything this absurd.
Edit: I wrote the above while being on the bus. In addition to that, when we arrived in Aalborg, the two doors in the bus opened. I went out of the front one after the male bus driver. He started shouting at me, and hold me for a bit. Telling me I was not allowed to exit of the front door. I did not know that.

I've went on Flixbusses a lot of times, and some experiences are better than others. Generally, Flixbus is quite good, mainly because of the price. However, on one of my more recent experiences, where I came 10 minutes before ir was supposed to drive, the bus had not yet shown (or so I thought). The driver kept updating for the next ten minutes and informed in the app that he'd be there at 15.52. That wasn't the case, I was waiting there for an hour, then another flixbus going to the same destination with the same number came, and I thought it was mine. Well, turns out it wasn't. I only found out after waiting another hour when I was checking in. So the bus that I was supposed to be on actually left way before it was supposed to. Almost ruined my weekend.

I AM REFUSED TO BOARD ON THE BUS
I DIDN'T GET ON THE BUS. The bus was not labelled. The bus driver said it was not my bus after scanning the QR-code on my E-ticket, and REFUSED to let me on.
Then I had to buy a DSB train ticket after the mess.
Later I requested for a refund and made a complaint about the driver. But the customer service said I had successfully checked in. So there was no refund. No complaint. What a bullsh*t company.

Don't use this, it's scammy as hell and customer service is incompetent at best. I did get from A to B but it was not without trouble.
Completely terrible customer service!!!!
Flixbus has a ridiculous customer service. The phone is not open in the weekend and the chat is of no help.
My daughter forgot her luggage in the bus and was told that if they detected her luggage they will respond within 14 days!!!! That’s absolutely insane!!

What an absolute irresponsible company
What an absolute irresponsible company. Delayed the service by 80 minutes just 15 minutes before departure. Also replaced the original bus with some old clunker. Refused to refund the ticket and took forever with their stupid ai phone system. Delaying with my bank now and never ever traveling again with these clowns.

Avoid- DANGEROUS
It is important you avoid this bus company if you value your life. I have never been on a bus like this before. SCAM & DANGEROUS
1) Charged me money for a cancelled ticket despite it being cancelled well in advance of the departure date. This is now being contested with my bank as bus company is non-responsive.
2) The rebooked bus (as we needed to depart earlier) crashed into a truck. It was put out of service only for all of the passengers to be left stranded on the side of the road. (See attached pictures). Bus company did not care for our safety and I am still waiting to hear a response. This ticket price is also being contested through my bank.
3) The return journey from Rio to São Paulo resulted in us arriving 45 minutes late. The bus struggled to get over hills and had warning signs going off on dashboard.
** Moral of the story- busses are not taken care of and are very rickety. Extremely disappointing and the owners should be ashamed of themselves **

Awful journey
Awful journey, aggressive, rude busdrivers from Copenhagen to Stockholm. Maybe it’s a management problem where the drivers need better timeframes and conditions, I dont know. My seat also lacked a buckle and I did not feel comfortable bringing it up with the bus driver. The seats where hard and uncomfortable, my back hurt so bad after. Never again a long trip with FlixBus.
