Will never book again… Worst experience
Worst experience i wanted to cancel my flight because of my grandma death and they are asking for unnecessary documentation although I have provided the hospital report and death confirmation. It’s still in process and they are not refunding the money. In this hard situation they every time ask for a new supporting. Previously I gave 5 stars but I didn’t knew they are not flexible.

Bad experience and a narrow escape from being scammed
Bought a flight from the Flightrotters site and paid on my credit card. I luckily took a screen shot of the Web page that said my booking was with the airline. I heard nothing further so rang later to be told that the flight was confirmed and I would get an e-ticket shortly. Nothing arrived. So after numerous emails, phone calls from a service agent telling me that it would take 24 hours to get the tickets, and a final call today, I lost patience. I called again and was told my flights weren't available for the dates I wanted. I was offered flights on that date at 50% more than the advertised price. Then I was finally told they hadn't received my payment. That was the first time I was informed about this. All in all, I have had a narrow escape, as my payment hadn't gone through (?). This company's methods of doing business are dubious and I would advise people to tread carefully. I certainly wouldn't use them again.

AVOID
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! Do not book with this company. They give a price for flights that are totally untrue. I paid in full and tried for so long to get my e-tickets - they palm you off with excuses. They eventually said I could have my tickets at an extra cost of £612 due to the airline taxes being raised - totally lie and confirmed by the airline that this increase was incorrect. Eventually I had to pay £300 cancellation fees to get a refund! They will reply to this review saying they can't find the booking etc. If you know what is good for you DON'T USE THIS AWFUL COMPANY - lesson learnt a bit too late for me but a mistake I will never make again. I hope I can help someone else by reading this review.

Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company. Advertised price was a lie. Multiple phone calls with spurious claims that my flight couldn’t be confirmed and I’d have to pay an additional £1000 through to the price not including taxes, and then when I did pay extra, despite being told the flight was confirmed, I was then told it was no longer available. Totally rubbish. Had to then pay a £85pp ‘cancellation fee’ for a flight that wasn’t even booked in order to get my money back. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Flight Trotters is a scam agency. I made a booking, but they did not complete it. Instead, they called me and said I had to pay extra for luggage. They also told me that if I refused to pay the extra charges, I would have to pay a £50 cancellation fee. This is a complete scam
