Do not use FlightOffice. They said they would process a refund within 12 working days. It’s now been nearly a month and they still haven’t done so, and customer service do not respond to emails.

I booked a flight via Google Flights at the advertised price and paid in full.
The company often advertises the lowest prices to lure customers in, but after payment I was contacted and told the price had increased. It felt like a classic bait and switch.
I was also pressured to change my flight dates. When I declined to pay extra or change the dates, I was promised a refund, which never materialised.
Best to avoid this company.
Update
As of 24 February 2026, Flightoffice has not contacted me further or issued the promised refund. I have received no resolution directly from the company.
My credit card provider has now stepped in and recovered the full amount through their dispute process, and I have been refunded in full via my credit card company.
It is disappointing that this matter had to be resolved through my card provider rather than directly by Flightoffice.

Avoid at all costs.
Booked online only to be told that they have not got the fare available and I was asked to pay another £300 before issuing the ticket. Even though to this date they are still falsely advertise the same fare.
Proceeded with the refund and I am still chasing them for my money after 2 weeks.
