Værste oplevelse i disse tider

jeg har over 10.000 til at hænge i lommerne på flightfinder som de nægter at betale tilbage selvom de skrev i en mail: "If you want to cancel the trip and get a refund, we advise you to keep monitoring the situation and if the flights will be cancelled by the airline you will be entitled to get a full refund"

Flyselvskabet har selv annulleret mine fly, men nu fortøller flightfinder, de intet har med vores billetter at gøre. uansvarligt - folk fortjener ikke et arbejde hvis de behandle kunder sådan.

Possibly a scam

I have waited for a refund since April, they said it would take upto 5-12 weeks. They sent a mail asking me to confirm the refund process and I did. Then nothing happened so I emailed them again. Then they claimed I did not reply to the confirmation mail so I’ve been pushed back in the refund process line!! Whenever I try to contact them they answer in short and uninformative manner, dodging your questions. Extremely unprofessional and possibly a scam. Stay away from this company!!

i have been waiting for my refund for 5 months!

First they wanted to charge 39 euros per person to "process" the reimbursement, and now (5 months later) they said they would not do it, that the airline should do it. I bought my flight on Fightfinder, so I want Flightfinder to give me my money back! SCAMS!

They don't answer phones or massages

They don't answer phones or massages. I have bought flight tickets for my parents in low, flight have been canceled, they didn't inform them. I tried to call and write to flightfinder.dk and to Sweden as well they have automated messages and than hang up on people.

I am waiting for a refund from March

I am waiting for a refund from March. They assure me that it will take 4-6 weeks, then up to 12 weeks. It’s 19 weeks now, they can not tell me when I will recive it. The only option is a chargeback procedure. Will never use this site again.

NO NO NO to FLIGHTFINDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't ever book anything via Flightfinder. If just a small thing go wrong, NOBODY will help you! There is not person behind this company, you talk to a wall, which will NEVER help you with ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good advice: DO NOT USE FLIGHTFINDER, better to pay more to the direct flight company, than lose everything (money and your nerves) with this cheaters!

Bad service by Flightfinder and Virgin Atlantics

My son had a flight home from Orlando with Virgin Atlantic Atlantics Airways the 6th of may. In March The Danish goverment ask all Danish citizens to get home and USA was closing their flights to EU, so we decided to fly my son home on our own expenses. Later Virgin write on their home page and on a message on WhatsApp: "You can now hold your ticket open until May 2022 and choose a new date or route when you are ready if you are impacted by covid-19". We couldn't get in contact with either Flightfinder or Virgin by phone so we started a communication via email and WhatsApp. Virgin tells us to contact Flightfinder and Flightfinder tells us to contact Virgin writing "Virgin is your ticket holder. They can rebook for free if they decide to do it. We cannot break the policy and strongly follow the instructions from your ticket holder." Virgin writes "You will need to contact your third party about your booking".To day, 8th of May, we received another email from Virgin to the latest email sent the 4th: "as your reservation was booked and confirmed through a travel agent, you will need to contact them directly to make any changes or request a refund. " Both Flightfinder and VIrgin is informed about the other ones reply. The flight left Orlando the 6th and we ended up with only a bad tast of a bad service by Flightfinder and Virgin.. PS The ticket was changeable but if we want to reschedule it Flightfinder wanted DKK1793,-, telling us it was the difference in price and taxes at Virgin and didn't give us other alternatives

This is the worst experience I have ever had

This is the worst experience I have ever had with any online service! No way to contact them except through a very limited online form, if you get an answer at all, it's from an email that doesn't receive replies. The response is useless to put it mildly. My flight was cancelled by the airline but zero information was given by Flightfinder, I had to find out myself. Absolutely no help with a refund, only arrogant no-answers. I'm going to take legal action now.

Don't choose Flightfinder because...

This Corona crsis must have happen , so one can see how assitive a travel agency can be.
personally, these are my findings:
1- Don't choose an agency which sends/contacts you be 'no-reply' emails.
2- Don't choose an agency which gives you pre-defined options without giving the right for you to claim otherwise/different.
3- Don't choose an agency which start refund process if only you contact them, otherwise they would get the money back from the airline and no trasfering to your account, they would do that if you chase them!!

When I ask Flightfinder to refund me because I got this messege from the airline that
'' Flights canceled and amount refunded successfully to your payment method. (Mw00007) ''
They sent me this messege instead and started its own refund process with pre-determind costs:
**Your trip is cancelled and the ticket is no longer valid.

We have sent refund request to the airline. The airline will handle the refund request according to its refund policy.

The handling time could take up to 8-10 weeks, delays to be expected due high workload.

Our service fee for refund request would be 39Eur/395Kr per person and it will be deducted from refunded amount.**

I am sorry for myself! lesson learnt! this it the cost of learning how travel agencies make money, even in a crsis situation

Extremely Bad Experience

Extremely Bad Experience using Flightfinder. Their customer service is extremely unresponsive via emails and calls. Informed me only a week before my flights that my connection flight had been canceled and I had to make a new booking + pay them service fees otherwise I would not be able to use my long haul flight ticket. I would strongly advise against using this company.

Extremely poor customer service!

It's impossible to get in contact with the company. They have a phone number on their website but they don't pick up. It takes dem several days to get back to you through email (even though they claim to get back to you within 24 hours) and the answers you get on email is super generic as it was written by a chat robot. It's super frustrating and I'm never again going to book flights through Flight Finder.

Never flight finder again

They keep sending reminders to complete passenger information for a flight that is cancelled by the airflight itself. No replies neither to my emails nor to phone calls for my request to refund the amount for the cancelled flight. Unfortunately it is not possible to rate them in minus.

1 1/2 months and no ticket numbers nor reply to question for booked flight despite agreed in T+C

Booked flight for june 23 2020 for two and paid right away. Until today Match 31 have not received any ticket numbers nor airlien reservation number despite their T&C promising to deliver those after payment. NO reply to email to CS either. Their Facebook Messenger account is incapacitated.
FOLLOW UP
Ultimately managed to have our bank force them to refund the entire amount as a chargeback.

No answer for weeks

No answer for weeks! We bought flights from Madrid to Amman via Bucharest. The flights were cancelled due to coronavirus situation. The airline told us to ask refund to flightfinder but no answer after many web requests and emails. Poor atention!!!

Absolute scam

My booking and account was deleted from their website without warning and you can only contact support by logging in. My flight was supposed to leave in 10 days and was cancelled. No refund. Nice.

Edit: Have gotten into contact with the company. Will update review pending refund.

DO NOT USE FLIGHTFINDER!!

due the COVID-19 the travels are cancelled. I
Instead of refunding people’s money - THEY CHARGE YOU 39 euro!! NOT for all tickets you bought together, BUT EACH! GOOD LUCK TO THE FAMILY OF FIVE OR MORE!

You can’t reach them by phone - they don’t pick up.
They don’t answer their email (where they write the communication will go through).

I CAN’T RECOMMEND AND I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN - if it’s not going bankrupt.
