Horrible and almost non-existing reply…

Horrible and almost non-existing reply on customer services! I have booked many times with them but now they went over the limit! No money, no answers, nothing! All my friends that have booked with them did not get anything back! Covid made them hide like cowards and even stop their phone number! Pathetic, disgusted, angry, annoyed....etc! I would gladly rate them minus 5 ⭐️ HORRIBLE

Unable to reach/No response…

My ticket dating to mid 2020 needs cancelled. Airline is ok to refund but am unable to get a response or acknowledgement from flightfinder by calling or by submitting online form. I just want to ticket cancelled and refunded given the extraordinary situation

IKKE bruk dette selskapet

Enda etter mange uker etter turen vår ble fullt snudd på hodet og nye billetter måtte kjøpe inn til flere tusen kroner kjenner jeg et behov for å utrykke meg.

Du får IKKE varsel om endringer som du forventer av et selskap uten å betale for det.
Det er en av tingene til at den prisen du får opp ser billig ut.
Når du tar dette med alle options som du får gratis andre steder
Så når du ikke får mail eller SMS eller beskjed om endringer , da kommer du deg ikke av gårde dit du har behov. Support kan du glemme , det kommer et svar til slutt pr mail. Får du tak i noen på telefon så er du et ekskusivt selskap av få.

Da må du tilslutt haste kjøpe billetter dit du skal mens du er på flyplassen og det er ikke en billig løsning.

Så du er advart , sammen med alle andre som gir dette dårlig review.
Dette er et UVET selskap, google det så ser man fort at de er under andre navn på diverse flight/ticket nettsteder.

DO NOT use this company

Even after many weeks after our trip was completely turned upside down and new tickets had to be bought for several thousand kroner, I feel a need to express myself.

You will NOT be notified of changes that you expect from a company without paying for it.
That's one of the things that makes the price you get look cheap.
When you take this with all the options that you get for free elsewhere, is it really that good a deal
So when you do not receive email or SMS or notification of changes, then you will not get where you need to go. Support you can forget, there will be an answer at the end by email. If you get someone on the phone, you are in an exclusive company of few.

Then you finally have to hurry to buy tickets where you are going while you are at the airport and it is not a cheap solution.

So you are warned, along with everyone else who gives this bad review.

This is a UVET company that operate online under different names, so google UVET and avoid a unpleasant suprice

Avoid this company!

Don’t buy any travel, tickets with this company!!!!
I’m waiting over 5 months for money refund for flight tickets. It is impossible to contact them. Helpline doesn’t answer from March 2020, only contact possible by emails where they are saying over and over the same without real explanation.
Better pay a bit more and have better Customer service with known brands!

Our flight was moved forward without our knowledge
No SMS, No Email, no Phonecall

We have and reply this is then an extra service you have to pay for

So this are the customer own responsibility to keep track of. So still that there are now obvious reason like weather , you shall keep track of this yourself

Still according to there support pr mail, that it is costumer own responsibility. But know additional info: That it is the flight operator responsibility to warn the customer , FlightFinder only provide for the tickets

So status pr today:
Insurance company will not cover these incidents
They refer to FlightFinder that it is there responsibility

FlightOperator ( SAS for us) also , FlightFinder shall update the client with new flight schedule

So lesson learned here. Do no use them, and to make sure you are not stuck with a problem, checkout the FlightFinder organisation they operate under different names on booking agency website.

They provide a service but for now as I see it they take no ownership or responsibility or assistance or accountability

Vi må gå til rettsak mot flight finder

Min reise ble kansulert i 13 mars, jeg fikk bekjedd fra flight finden om at jeg får pengene tilbake om 40 dager, snart er gått 5 måned, jeg har prøvd å ringe og sende email til de i mange ganger men ingen svar fra flight finder, jeg vil reise nå men kan ikke kontakte flight finder for å gi meg en ny bilett men det er åpent hvis du vil kjøpe ny bilett, jeg synes de er useriøs firma og vi må samle oss alle samen å gå til rettsak mot flight finder.

If the airline cancel your ticket

If the airline cancel your ticket, they take 398 NOK for admistration fee per person... Never booking with them again

Never recieved our refund, impossible to get in touch with them.

We paid extra so we can call them…

We paid extra so we can call them before and during the travel, but was put on hold for more than an hour and then when we reached to number one on the queue, they hang up the phone on us. And this happened twice. And now they are deducting 495 kr/ticket as handling fee for a cancellation!! What a scam!!

Worst experience ever with Flightfinder

I will never book with Flightfinder again! The worst customer service ever! They requested a fee for changing my flights even though this is done free of charge by the airline. They call it service fee for using their time to do it. That is your freaking job!!! I could easily solve everything myself without any costs, but since I made the terrible mistake to book the ticket through Flightfinder my hands were tight. Better pay a little extra and book directly with the airline rather than wasting your time like I did. Not to mention their phone line takes forever to speak to one of their staff. Prepare for a lot of waiting and wasting your time if you don't want to pay them. They also lied that the airline can help me change the ticket, but the airline said they are not allowed to and I am more willing to trust them, than Flightfinder. And the last part, in case you decide to cancel (which you have the right to due to the disrupted itinerary by the cancelled flight), they will deduct a service fee of 199 NOK for taking their time to do what is otherwise their job! Of course, their excuse was that everything is written in their terms and conditions which you agree with when making the booking. If I wanted to change my flights for my own reasons, I understand I should pay. But when the changes are caused by a cancelled flight, then they should help their customers!

Amazing costumer service and prices

This company had the best prices for the trip I wanted to do, giving the final price right from the beginning. I had made a bad reservation on a Friday night and needed to cancel it, but the costumer service had an amazingly fast reply and took care of everything right away. They were so good that, when I did the right reservation, I did not think twice with whom to do it with.

Did not send itinerary/tickets until asked. Otherwise, so far so good.

PS. Flightfinder har responded that they sent the ticket on the 18. of February. This is incorrect. They only sent a confirmation of the order. On their confirmation, they say that the travel papers will be sent usually before 24 hours have passed. To their credit, they quickly sent the tickets when queried, so no problem.
