Jorgia at Warwick WA was extremely attentive and helpful in planning our Japan trip

Lucas at Bondi Junction went above and beyond to make sure that my son would get the perfect family reunion in France.

After, my initial flights booked online were cancelled, I decided to go to Flight Centre to find a replacement.

My son's name contains a hypen and an apostrophe. He also has four middlenames. It is always a bit tricky to know what information to put when booking a flight.

Lucas phone the airline to clear that for us. He was exceptionally helpful overall.

Alfina has gone above and beyond in every way.

The staff member was good and thorough but I felt that they were a bit rude, but we got there in the end and flights were booked.

Our TA Karl, was quite professional and friendly at the same time. Made the process stress free. Explored various options and presented them to me in a structured manner. I booked the cruise and smooth sailing.(pun intended). Great customer service and quite knowledgeable.

Tyrone at Glen Waverley flight centre was excellent in securing our premium economy seats to London. He even said he would keep checking to see if he can get us better seats if there is a cancellation.

We live in Adelaide an went through a online deal with flight centre. Eliza from Hobart was our agent for our biggest holiday to date. 16 days away europe etc somewhere we have never been.
