No communication once in Greece, cruise line had no information available about where our shop was docked others than the name of a very large port, AI chat bot more that useless mo real assistance available, we were in a city with no way to call for help relying on apps and YouTube!!the more stressful experience of our 6 week trip, the cruise was the only thing we booked with flight centre thankfully, Imagine how stressful the rest of our holiday would have been if they booked the entire thing!! Do not recommend this company

A huge thank you to Christian at Flight Centre Mt Ommaney for his outstanding customer service.

While my mum was overseas on tour, I needed urgent help with her flight check-in. Her usual travel agent was away, but Christian stepped in without hesitation. He went above and beyond to help, first locating and providing the correct booking reference numbers. When those didn't work, he happily looked further into the booking and provided the e-ticket numbers instead, which I was able to pass on to my mum overseas.

Nothing was too much trouble, and he was patient, proactive, and genuinely happy to help, even though he wasn't the original consultant who handled the booking.

Exceptional service like this is rare and very much appreciated. Thank you, Christian!

Michelle at Sydney International centre was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, responsive, practical and incredibly helpful from the start.

We needed to organise a fairly complicated international itinerary for my son, including flights to Canada, a possible return through Seattle, baggage requirements, seat preferences, travel timing around sporting commitments and visa / entry requirements for both Canada and the US. Michelle understood exactly what we were trying to work through and came back with clear options very quickly.

She explained the fare rules, change fees, baggage issues and different flight options in a way that was easy to understand, which made the whole process much less stressful. She also helped clarify the visa / entry requirements and provided the correct links so I knew what needed to be organised and when.

I really appreciated how patient, thorough and practical she was. Nothing felt like too much trouble and she genuinely made me feel confident that my son would be looked after.

I would highly recommend Michelle to anyone needing travel support, especially for more complex bookings where you need someone experienced, calm and organised.

Lauren from Cockburn Gateways has been extremely helpful firstly organising an amazing trip for us then unfortunately we had to cancel for medical reasons. She went above and beyond to help us claim back on our Travel Insurance. Thank you so much Lauren.

A shout out to Anna R at the Blacktown office who did an amazing job at helping us out yesterday. She listened and provided options. She answered all our questions and found options that worked for us. Would highly recommend asking for Anna if you go into the Blacktown office for information.

No matter how many questions we had, Jessica always took the time to listen patiently, provide reassurance, and ensure every detail was taken care of.

What truly sets Jessica apart is the care and compassion she showed once my mother-in-law had left Australia. When flights were delayed and travel became stressful, my mother-in-law didn't call an airline—she called Jessica. Knowing Jessica was there to answer her questions, calm her nerves, and reassure her that everything would be okay gave her an incredible sense of comfort and confidence while she was on the other side of the world.

In today's world, it's rare to come across someone who genuinely goes above and beyond for their customers. Jessica didn't just organise a holiday—she became a trusted source of support for an elderly traveller who was navigating international travel. Her kindness, professionalism, patience, and unwavering commitment made all the difference.

Jaystice was friendly and efficient, however she left her job 1 day after our booking. Now we have to find a replacement team member to take over our booking. You booked our flights on Air Canada but failed to give us the booking reference number so we can get notices on the Air canada app. I sent an email regarding this matter and have not received any reply, will now have to visit the te Riverlink store

Emma Sargent from Orange Flight Centre was excellent in booking flights and hire car for our UK trip. With the tensions in the Middle East Emma kept us up to date with all the changes. Her customer service was flawless and we highly recommend her. We will be using her in the future.

Lovely staff member with a lot of patience and a whole lot of knowledge about our intended cruise. She explained everything to us every step of the way. This was for a cruise starting in Hawaii and ending in Sydney. We also had a fabulous staff member when we went to Ethiopia some time ago, for a wedding. All in all we are happy to visit Fligh tCentre over and over again.
