Having dealt with the same travel agent for a number of years, Annie knows my preferences and is very accommodating
She will always try to get me the best deals, whether it be for overseas or domestic travel. As she also knows I am an older (and nervous) traveller who travels alone, Annie always follows up closer to my departure times to make sure I am comfortable with all details.

Hollie was great she helped me select a cruise and did what she could to get me the best price. Also guaranteed follow up service until we depart.

The service was excellent and the staff knowledgeable.

Stay away from booking your holiday with them online ,if you have issues and try to contact them you get people from overseas with bad English that don't help you but ignore your requests.

I have already given Ellen a review but more than happy to give another as she deserves it! Ellen was exceptionally helpful, was more than happy to help an old lady through the steps of making a booking. She was attentive and very pleasant. First of all we always go to Southland shopping Centre for our holiday bookings because Trina works there. She is very helpful and she always knows and understands what we are looking for. She always tries to help and give us the best possible opportunities for our holiday. Thanks to Trina we never had a problem with our holidays.

Flight Centre makes travelling so much easier as they handle all booking details from start to finish. Staff are fantastic and Taryn (our booking agent) makes our travels worry free.

I have booked flights and holidays with Maddi a few times, and find her to be lovely to deal with. She is so pleasant and friendly, while at the same time absolutely professional. Recently, I had to cancel a trip because of a serious illness in the family. Maddi could not have been more helpful and caring. She clearly explained everything involved in cancelling the flights, how the refund process worked, and told me she would be available for any questions I might have in the future. I highly recommend her service!

I booked flights for September 2026 with Bree for a holiday to Europe with my daughter. Bree provided outstanding customer service and went above and beyond all my expectations sourcing the best deals possible for us with Emirates. Due to the current situation in the Middle East, I made the decision to change airlines and cancelled our booking with Emirates. I made an appointment with Michael Ohori who spent several hours researching alternative airlines and flights. Michael’s interpersonal and communication skills were second to none. Michael showed a very mature and professional approach to resolving my dilemma and provided me with some very sound options. As it turned out my daughter and I decided to postpone our holiday until the conflict in the Middle East de-escalates. When I advised Michael of our decision, he was just so supportive and said ‘I understand your decision, let me know how I can help you in the future’. Michael has a huge future in the tourism industry. Congratulations Michael and thank you.
