The process was very easy and simple but the groom got sold rooms that was not offered at this particular resort. (1 king bed vs 2 single beds). So now we are stuck with 1 king bed without recourse because the person who sold him the rooms is no longer with the company. Have not heard anything from Flight Centre in terms of this mix up personally.

If I could give 6-starts review, I would be happy to do so. When I walked into Flight Centre location on W 4th in Kitsilano, surely the Fortune must smiled on me. I was warmly greeted by Ms. Katelyn L. who proved that amazing customer service didn't die. Katelyn was more than one can expect from a travel agent - professional, friendly, expertly putting our travel plans together with a warm smile, and patiently explaining all my questions. I will never go anywhere else for my future travels and I commend Flight Centre to hire such excellent employees, thank you!

I Have consistently used Flightcentre for 10 years .
Staff are great and knowledgeable.
It would be nice to have an actual store to go back into in Barrie .

Lance Panerio in BC Canada has been our travel Agent for decades. He booked our first trip with no kids 26 years ago and has booked our family vacations ever since

As the kids grew - so did our horizons. Lance always sent us to the most amazing places and they were always clean and well located

First it was Mexico - then Thailand - then Nicaragua and most recently he’s booked the itinerary for my husband and son for Germany, Denmark, Sweden and Norway

We booked a trip on our own last year and it ended up being so much work it was like a full time job!!

Plus we don’t know the tricks to getting rental cars/ choosing the right hotel and generally little side trips that he recommends

We have received an exceptional service from travel expert Reema Al Khoja. From the moment we walked into the flight center, Reema greeted us and offered her assisstance. She has taken the time to explaine everything related to our flight booking. She stayed intouch via phone and kept us updated on all her attempts to solve un expected issue with the seats reservation. Thank you Reema for your help and above and beyond customer service.

I had the pleasure of working with Ashley Harold at the Flight Center in Burlington. This was basically a last minute flight to Calgary for the Calgary Stampede and to visit Banff. Ashley was very professional and courteous along with showing a lot of patience as it was close to closing time. Ashley is very passionate about her duties and making sure that her clients are satisfied with the service they receive. I would recommend Ashley for your booking needs.

I had the pleasure of working with Neil Chesworth who is absolutely amazing. From helping us with the cruise, flight, hotel and ground transportation for our family upcoming vacation in a few weeks. He left no stone unturned and we’re so happy and thankful to him for taking care of our vacation needs. We have everything we need and are looking forward to our vacation.
