Stay away!! I will start by saying I’ve never left a negative review in my life until today.. The people with 5 stars are just happy someone finally loaned them stuff they aren’t gonna pay back, this company is shady & extremely poor quality. Everything about the site is slow multiple times I had to clear cache for the site to update I wasn’t informed or updated of anything of my order waited weeks and hours upon hours talking to flex shopper agents who were rude almost impossible to get ahold of and at one point they just got rude and ended the chat without ever resolving my issue I had to resort to live chat because they NEVER respond to my emails for support. I’m going on 3 weeks without my order they claim they never got confirmation of my order being canceled by Best Buy when I called Best Buy they told me they sent a cancellation order to flex shopper over a week ago! They keep charging me telling me they can’t cancel until Best Buy confirms so I tell them what the Best Buy agent said about calling them directly and they tell me they can’t do that sorry I’ll have to wait!? Mind you the Best Buy agent says they call all the time. It’s the same 4 agents all the time and they all hate their job and do not want to help and will end the chat if you question anything they say. They charge atleast 3-4X the original amount so if you get a 499 Xbox it’s 599 cash price and $2100 if you pay till lease end. They make up rules about what they can and can’t do depending on the amount of effort they want to dedicate to the issue which isn’t much. I was told several different things by several different agents. Finally got someone to listen and put in a ticket to cancel now they are saying they are still waiting on Best Buy again I spoke with a Best Buy agent same thing “Please have them call directly as we have already sent out a email to flex shopper on your order update they are out of stock etc”. so now I’m stuck paying a lease that I never even received the product I’ve spoke to agents probably 100 times and no help same answers everytime and then they get rude when you say you’ve already done this etc. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

The process on my cell phone was not the most friendly at times. When searching for a product, I was not exactly thrilled about have to get the model number, and taking a pic of the item i was looking for.

I ordered two different PlayStation 5s my orders said pending for the longest time they finally said complete but once I checked the status of my items it said they were both canceled I didn’t cancel neither one of them nor did I receive the money back for them every time I call I’m just on hold forever once I schedule a call back it gave me a time they were going to call back but they never called I’m still trying to get in touch to receive my items or my money back

I placed an order on Dec 20 for store pickup on Dec 22. The payment cleared my account and I attached my bank account as requested by email. No email yet to pick up the order. Talk to three people by chat, one said to allow 24-48 hours, the second said he would escalate and the third one said its nothing else he could do it had already escalated. I was told the escalation process takes 24 hours, well it has been 96 hours I emailed them also, and still no email or reply to the email or the escalation.

I placed an order for in store pickup on December 21st for a ps5 controller & a ps5 pro console, I was only able to pickup the controller but never received the email confirmation about the console despite being charged for the item. I cannot get a hold of anyone through the chat or phone at all to figure out what exactly happened, this has been a nightmare experience for me.

The website is great..the only problem i have is the payment process. It shows my bank has cleared but in flexshopper it is pending payment...which throws a late fee or NSF payment onto my account. Speaking to customer service is a nightmare. They say they send for payment a few days before due...so of course it's going to throw NSF if funds are not in that account..I never put funds into that checking account until the night before it's due..Bill the right way...take it out on the due date..not before.

I have been trying to contact Flexshopper since 12/21. My order has been “pending” since it was made. I was told it takes 24-72 hours to process. We are now well over 72 hours and I have not gotten an order number to pickup my items from the store. It is impossible to get someone on the phone or via chat, it always disconnects immediately!!! ATP, cancel my items and refund the payments that have been taken for products I have not picked up!

I ordered 2 iPad minis 4. One of them came with a headphone jack stuck in the earphone part that I didn’t notice until Christmas Day. I emailed the support team and got no response and I also tried the chat and was told no agents are available. I have yet to receive a response and the phones never work my calls are never connected. All I wanted was a replacement iPad and if not able to get a replacement a refund would be nice

I made an order 12/18/24 for in store pickup on the 20th I reached out to customer service to see why it was still pending they told me it would be another 24hrs for it to process its still pending on the 26th every time I try to get ahold of customer service now it either says no agent's available and to try back or if I do get ahold of someone they say to give them a minute to review it then hang up on me. Very frustrating

I’ve given them multiple opportunities to fix the billing issue that they caused after going behind my back and changing the plan and now I will be removing my card because they don’t care about any of there customers and how they feel and with that being said I don’t care about how they feel

I am beyond frustrated with the situation surrounding my recent order. Your website explicitly stated that my Christmas gift would be ready for pickup on 12/23/2024. However, my order is still showing as "pending," and Christmas is tomorrow.
I trusted your company to provide a reliable solution, but this failure has turned into a massive disappointment, especially for my daughter. If you knew it would be impossible to fulfill orders in time, why promote this as an option for your customers?
This is not only misleading but also unethical. As a company, you have a responsibility to manage customer expectations and deliver on your promises. Instead, you've caused unnecessary stress during what should be a joyous time.
This isn't just an "Amazon issue"; this is a customer service failure and a reflection of poor business practices. Misleading your customers into thinking they could rely on you for Christmas gifts, only to leave them empty-handed, is unacceptable.
I expect a clear resolution and explanation for this situation immediately.

Flexshopper website is a lie....
My experience on 12/17 I placed an order for pickup and selected best buy with the closest location and hit continue to discover price of item in cart changed and a delivery charge was applied even though pickup is highlighted. I tried to contact flex shopper only to NEVER speak with anyone! CALLBACK Feature doesn't work, Elvee bot never connects your anywhere. FLEXSHOPPER purposely doesn't answer or return calls. You may get a generic message that in no way answers your question. If item hasn't shipped and is still in pending status I shouldn't be charged waiting for next payment to be taken out. I should have read this company reviews! They are mostly bad 👎 . There prices are great given the platform. Customer Service is non existent; they will do anything to avoid from canceling unshipped pending item I've already given them my bank info they no longer need to talk to me! Please be smart. This company's doesn't have to value it's customers when they feel we need them more.

Although I'm in the same position right now as everyone that are submitting 1 star reviews, I think people don't have enough grace to understand FlexShopper is bombarded with Christmas orders right now so their orders may not be there exactly when they expected. I'm just happy something like FlexShopper exists so I have no problem waiting for my stuff that I otherwise wouldn't have. Besides that, application process was smooth, ordering was smooth they have everything I was looking for. Great website and company!

I didn't receive anything. You charged me, said my item would be here yesterday. When I called (after a 2 hour wait) I was advised my order was under review. They stated there was no review department i could speak with nor could they tell me why I was in review. They stated I would receive an email which i have still not received to tell me next steps and that i MIGHT get my item after Christmas. What a scam.

I placed an order 3 days ago for in-store pickup. My card was already charged, the order still says “pending”. I’ve tried to contact them multiple times via chat (immediately disconnects me because there are no agents available). I’ve tried calling multiple times, and sit in queue for 20 minutes and get disconnected. I’ve tried messaging via Instagram and only get an automated response to call customer service . I’ve submitted 2 tickets to cancel and still NOTHING. Do not use this company.

I ordered almost a week ago for same day pickup and it’s still not ready. THEY HAVE ALREADY CHARGED ME. And every single day I call they tell me the same thing “oh tomorrow it will be ready”. NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY. The reps are no help. They advertise same day pickup! That’s a lie do not order from them!!!.
-UPDATE- just found out this company headquarters is actually 30 minutes away from where I live. I’ll be personally driving up there Monday and will report back to everyone once I have a better idea of what’s going on since they seem to be scamming a lot of us.
