I purchased a mattress on February 3rd

I purchased a mattress on February 3rd. I was told they have to wait until an Ashley Furniture accepts the request it still says pending. But customer service was good but I just canceled the order and they gave me my money back.

They were great, now they suck

Customer service sucks ever since they changed owners. They no longer work with Best Buy and didn’t inform customers. Your financing expires if you don’t use it within a ridiculous low timeframe and they don’t let you know that. It’s 30 or 90 days idr. It’s not a good option for bad credit anymore. I used them for 2 years no issues. Paid by the 90 days always, only returned twice. I got denied for financing after being approved for the max for 2 years. My credit has gone up lol. It’s higher than before, so it makes no sense. I reached out to customer service because for 60 days I never got the reason I was denied in the mail or email. They were no help, told me to try again and wait for an answer and sent it to another department. I doubt they did because I never heard back. I made a report on BBB. I was getting responses but they just said the same thing, it was sent to a higher up department. I still haven’t gotten any call, email, mail from them. It’s been 2 months more, so a total of 4 months. I’ve given up. They have screwed over a customer who’s spent thousands there, always paid on time, and paid off early. That’s on them, I see why they were having financial difficulties now. Screwing over good customers and probably helping the bad ones more lol ✌️ just know if you have deal with customer service I wish you luck. The new system sucks, and with no Best Buy pick up you will pay more and have to ship everything which costs 18-20$. Best Buy pickup always had the items cheaper then the shipping option too. Whoever took over should be fired :)

I placed an order to get a computer

I placed an order to get a computer . Website says 24-72 hours to get a email from the vendor . Nothing came about from the vendor. I reached out to customer service and they keep telling me they have to contact the vendor to cancel it but that can take up to 72 hours as well to get an answer . The website and company does not stand by what their word is or by contract . I asked them for the vendor and kept being told they don’t know who the vendor is but they say they have to send email to vendor to get the cancellation order and then the vendor sends the money back . Total scam ! Flex shopper knows they took our money ! I’ll let the bank deal with them and a stop payment will be put on the bank accnt so nothing else can be drafted from my accnt !

This is a scam; over $300 was taken out of my account, and for over a month no product. I have canceled, and they continue pulling money out, and the product was never shipped. I was given a fake tracking number!

In the beginning it sounds good but…

In the beginning it sounds good but they charge you every week for your purchase and then charge you almost double the purchase price if not paid in 90 days. By the time you finish paying it is almost triple the purchase price. Even if you try to pay it off early the early payout amount keeps going up every week. If you do not have to use them DON'T!!!! I had the purchase amount in hand but the merchant said this was an affordable option. I should have paid out of pocket. One of the worse experiences ever!!!!

I bought a product from a 3rd party using FelxShopper. The total was 400 maybe 428. I set the payment plan for twice a month. Today when I check my balance with them it shows I owe 800???????? WTH ?? So I speak with a representative and they tell me yes the product is paid for now you have to pay the interest. I asked how much is the interest ???? The agent said they could not tell me because they do not have access to it. they told me to go to my account and check under the lease agreement. so I go to my account a check. There was no lease agreement. I called my bank and notified them of the situation they will NEVER GET MY BUISNESS AGAIN ! 800 INTREST ON A 428 LOAN IS ROBBERY !!!

Conflicting financial information

Had had my product for a while and am nearing the end of my contract however everytime I log into my online account to check my balance it defers day to to day. My payment came out yesterday as usual, logged in to check my balance my payments are up to date as it’s set to auto pay and my early pay of was $19.06. I call the next day to pay it off and now my account has a past due balance of $2.0 and some change and my early pay off amount has gone up to $75. How could this be possible?

I tried to reach out to customer service and it just says no one is available to take my call at the moment and hangs up.

I will not be making any additional payments until someone fully reviews my account and gives me a detailed explanation

Be very careful

I am a widow
And struggle with money at times. I needed tires and some maintenance done on my vehicle and did not have the up front money so I tried flexshopper. The total cost for my tires and the work done was a little over 800 however I have already paid over 900 for this and they say I still owe 1700 that is ridiculous. Also I got a little behind and called to work out a payment arrangement on the amount late and then they started hitting my account double and triple my payment amounts. They said since I was behind they could do this. I only authorized payments to come out twice a month however theu have attempted to take the payment 7 times this month but they received the original payment on time and for the correct amount. They continued to try to take the payment several more times but I had locked my card after they took it three times and caused my account to go negative. I called customer service and they said they had a right to do this at anytime they wanted as long as my account had a balance. I told them they no longer had authorization to deduct any more payments from my account and I requested a addr3ss to manually send in my payments and they said they would send me an email with the address however I never received it.

I’ve been purchasing from Flexshopper…

I’ve been purchasing from Flexshopper for at least five years. In the past, deliveries were fast — I’d usually receive my products by the end of the week. However, reaching customer service was nearly impossible. Now, it seems things have completely reversed. I can finally reach customer service, but getting my product before doomsday feels like the real challenge.

The one place I relied on for fast, reliable service has completely let me down.

Once good, no more. CROOKS

When they were new, they were a little disorganized but they seemed to be honest. Now, they will sign your lease for you if you simply put something in your cart (like a laptop they don't have in stock), and charge you. Once you reach out to customer service, maybe you'll get lucky and they'll refund you the money they shouldn't have taken. They'll cancel the lease that they signed for you. Days later, they will charge you again, even if you take your banking information out, for the same item that is not in stock. They're crooks. Don't do it. They need to be shut down.

I will never deal with this company…

I will never deal with this company ever again. Fell on a hard time when I had a parent died. They refuse to work with me. So when I went to court over my account they triples charge me. To me this is very wrong. They can have the product back.

Bullcrap

Had a $1500 spending limit when I started. Ordered a ps5 but didn't get verified on my first try. Did it a 2nd time but this time I was verified. They took the money out my account which proved I was verified and customer service canceled my order because of my 1st fail attempt at getting verified. Eventually got my refund. Tried to reorder the ps5 but now they only give me a spending limit of $486. Useless trying to buy something on here. I know alot of these positive reviews are bogus. Only trying to lure u in

It is an awesome company

Flexshopper is a win win. You pick out the item you want & you know how much it is going to cost you weekly. Rent to own it. Merchandise can be returned should you find yourself struggling due to unforeseen circumstances. It is so much better than purchases made with high interests credit cards. Their customer service is friendly & courteous. I feel like a valued customer. I have made multiple purchases and it has always been a positive experience.

Lease was auto canceled

Lease was canceled with little explanation. Place order on a Saturday. Completed all information requests as instructed. Information accepted. First payment installments paid. Four days later I get an email stating that the order was canceled. Contacted Customer Service. CS stated that there system canceled the order because it thought my bank was NOT a traditional banking institution. This not correct. It is a traditional bank, insured by the FDIC. My issue is that I received no communications from Flexshopper when verification was first attempted. Additionally, I was given no oppourtunity to rectify ANY information. Their automated system just cancelled the lease per CS.
