I borrowed $1500 for tires and some maintenance on my car. Five months later I have paid over $1000 and they say I still owe $1200. This means that their interest rate on this is approximately 70%. The customer service is rude and told me they didn't have my agreement and couldn't send it to me so I told them that since there was no agreement that they could not charge my card anymore. Magically she found it. This kind of practice should be illegal. 70%!!!! Please don’t write the generic comment to call you. That’s a standard blurb to try and make people think you care. You don’t care when you’re charging people 70% and skirting the law by renaming this deal. I called you three times. I emailed you a revocation of charging my card. Your people were rude. You’ve ignored my email. You can call me.

Well where too start, Ishould have checked with BBB that was my first mistake, second was actually believing the company. So I had placed an order on a laptop and gave me the option to pick it up at my local Best Buy the next day, so far it’s been a week and no computer, forget trying to chat it always hangs up I found a number on the BBB website that’s the number you want for all potential customers to use cause you will trust me.after a few days I went to Best Buy to get an update I had a Best Buy for business order number but the store or corporate could not find any info, so I was told by Best Buy and flex lease that and was told to wait 48-72 hrs and I did, I called again today and still best buy has no record of anything. Then when I asked about the buy today pick up tomorrow on the site I was told that’s if you go to the store and buy it without using the flex shopper app lol. I asked why is it then advertised on the site and they had no answers. So now I’m gonna give it another week then contacting Amy bank but a heads up, find different options besides flex lease.

I had $1800 worth of car work done. The car repair company referred me to Flexshopper due to not being eligible for an in store credit card (the only other leasing option outside of cash or personal credit). Flexshopper sent me a lease to pay them over $5000 on a $1800 lease. $5000! And the car eventually died a few months later anyways due other issues that would have cost me an additional 5000. I will never use them or that auto repair shop again. Complete waste of time and incredibly predatory.

Horrible. They approve you on the website and send you an email stating your approved and how much your approved for. You then spend your time browsing their site for the product you're looking for, try to check out, only for them to suddenly change their mind and tell you you're not approved. Wasted my time. Got my hopes up for nothing. Ridiculous. They don't need to be sending emails to people saying they are approved if they are not. And I double checked, there is no fine print ANYWHERE in the email that says anything about it not being the final decision.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with FlexShopper. Their customer service is unacceptable, and their billing practices are highly questionable. I discovered that I was being overcharged, with my payments not adding up correctly. Even after making a payment, my remaining balance would somehow increase instead of decrease, which is completely unacceptable.
I strongly advise others to avoid this company and not make the same mistake I did by using their services. Their lack of transparency and poor customer support make them one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.

After at least 20 attempts to verify my banking information with Chirp, there were 20 failed attempts. Each time I get an error message saying "Error, we're unable to process your request at this time, please contact FlexShopper. I spoke with customer service and he said I'll need another link. I've used at least 20 different links. There is no other way to verify this information. A true dead end

Paid off my item and was still charged a payment after the fact. I contacted them and was told they could not issue a refund or it would initiate a new payment schedule. I don't buy that. Beware, if you pay off your item, wait until before or after your payment due date.

I sign my lease Jan 23 and the took payment one and payment two. I did not think nothing about it because, I get paid every two weeks. Until Jan 31, I get a email saying thank you for you second payment. That not me second payment it's my third. I call the billing line and they told me they only see two payments. Send me a picture of my bank statement. I send them one and they tell me they did not receive the email. I send the email four times and they still did not receive it. Then told me I need to depute the chargers to my bank. Thank you for resolve the issues.

I have used Flexshopper now four times. They have saved me for Christmas one year when my roof fell in and didn’t have the money to get my kids anything for Christmas. You may have to pay extra but it’s worth it. It’s affordable payments and they have sooooo many items. I will continue to use them as long as they let me.

This company is unprofessional and I will never make this mistake again. I’ve leased before through Acima they are quick no nonsense waiting for this and that it’s either yes or no. This company tells me I’m approved I order the site tells me I can pick up in store the next day. Next day comes no email nothing then the next then the next so finally I call and they tell me I’m being verified. So I’m like verified I signed the lease you already charged my card guys? Why would you do all that and not have me verified so she goes on to tell me they call the bank they do this they do that and I quickly said cancel this lease yal sound like a rent a center company. A joke!! Don’t do it.

This site was great for first purchase. I wanted to make another still have credit on the account and for some reason I can’t progress through the checkout keeps saying something went wrong try again. Talked to support 3xs and got no where but to email the same address that hasn’t responded back in 3 weeks. So frustrating. Their customer support is awful. The first purchase was quick and easy not sure wth is going on now.

I was “approved” in December 2024 placed an order for an item I paid my initial fee signed the agreement only to find out the item was out of stock so I canceled the agreement. Now I go to place a new order only to be told I’m not approved but I have $1000 that I’m approved for what a bunch of jokers and it took them two weeks to update my current address what a waste of time.

Now I applied again got approved for the same amount and now they are saying fraud alert and they can’t identify me. My last time dealing with these people and customer service is so rude after I called in today then I get denied what a bunch of clowns Give me back my down payment and forget yall
