This is my second Flaunt case. I had my first one for years for my iPhone 12 Pro Max and I loved it. It was beautiful and protective. So, I was very disappointed with this new one for my iPhone 17 P... See more

The case is beautiful. I like that the sides are not slippery as well

*Update as of 8/26/25: I heard from FLAUNT’s Customer Service Manager, Keziah, today, and she processed a refund for me and offered an apology for the experience. FWIW, she was the first rep I heard from when I initially reached out about the defective product. Her original response was professional and clear before the other two reps got involved and muddled things up. It’s clear she understands how to solve problems; its frustrating that there isn’t a better team working with her and that she seems to constantly be putting out fires brought to her attention by Trustpilot reviews.*
What an utterly TERRIBLE customer service experience. I ordered a case from FLAUNT that arrived and all seemed fine. I put it on my iPhone 15 Pro and as it fit well and seemed to work, I tossed the packaging. Within the first 24 hours of use it became clear that the case's MagSafe function was defective. My phone fell off my car mount and also fell off of my handheld grip—something that never happened in two years with my previous phone case.
I contacted FLAUNT's service team and the first rep told me they'd be happy to replace it for me or that I could return. Because the case was cute, I was hopeful this was just a bad unit and said a replacement would be great. Many hours later a different rep responded saying I needed to fill out a claim form for the replacement the first rep said they would send me (no mention of form). She said I needed to take a video of the defect. I explained this was going to be impossible as a) my phone would have to be in its case to show the issue, and b) the issue happened randomly and I couldn't predict it... hence the problem as I wanted reliable MagSafe functionality.
A third rep responded the next day saying I should use a friend's phone to record the issue. No acknowledgement that this defect occurs randomly and I'm not really interested in dropping my phone on purpose. At this point I was done and decided I just wanted to send them this cursed thing back, get a refund, and buy something else from a better company. I responded to the rep saying no thanks to a replacement and that I would just go ahead and return the defective item. So, I filled out their return authorization form, packaged the case up, and dropped it at the Post Office.
Three days after I submitted the return info online and two days after I took it to the post office (where it was immediately scanned and began its journey back to them), the second rep reappeared in my email telling me they were sending me a replacement. Girl, what???
I told her no, I didn't want a replacement as I had clearly indicated in my last email to them three days prior. I explained that my return was already en route and gave her the tracking link.
A few hours later I get an email from her with the following: "Thank you so much for your FLAUNT order! All new orders are automatically processed to our fulfillment center as soon as they are submitted. It's really fast!"
I'm not convinced there are actual humans working customer service there, it may be bots. I actually hope they are bots because if real humans are this incapable of reading emails and responding to what customers have written instead of throwing copypasta at one or two keywords, then that's REALLY bad.
Even worse, there seems to be no way to actually submit a review on their website. Which is probably why every single product only has five-star reviews.
Save your money and buy something elsewhere.

**UPDATE:** Finally got sorted after the Customer Service Manager Keziah stepped in to fix this mess. She's promised to use this as a training opportunity for the team and I've got a replacement coming my way. Bit ridiculous that I had to blast them on Trustpilot to get decent customer service, but at least they eventually did the right thing.
Terrible Product Quality & Misleading Customer Service
I've been a loyal FLAUNT customer who loved the SQUARE design and actively recommended the brand to friends and family. That ends today.
I've now had TWO identical product failures - both cases developed the same material separation and cracking after exactly 4 months of normal use each. When I contacted customer service about the second failure (having already received one replacement), I was told this was "normal wear and tear."
Throughout this process, I dealt with multiple customer service agents (Esther and Kai) who gave completely contradictory information and showed no consistency in applying company policies.
The issues don't stop there:
Customer service responses from Esther and Kai are completely inconsistent
They claim to have no warranty, despite having a warranty page on their website (that they admit is deliberately hidden from site navigation)
They've now admitted their "premium" cases have a 6-month "grace period" - essentially admitting their products can't last longer than that
For a case costing $50+, lasting only 4 months is absolutely unacceptable
When I pointed out their warranty policy contradictions, they changed their story multiple times. First Esther said it was "normal wear," then Kai claimed "no warranty exists," then finally admitting to a hidden 6-month policy that they conveniently don't honour anyway.
Save your money and buy from a company that stands behind their products. FLAUNT clearly doesn't care about quality or customer satisfaction once they have your money.

Flaunt cases are extremely overpriced and cheaply made. I ordered the mother of pearl case, there's knicks and marks where you can see through the case, so I contacted customer service and they sent me another one but the replacement had the exact same issue. It's clear that they are cheaply made yet you pay almost $50 for this crap. Not to mention my mother of pearl case doesn't cover the whole case. They left the spaces where the camera cut out is without the pearl wrap making it look extremely akward and the case looks incomplete. Will never buy their overpriced junk again and ended up using wayyy cheaper cases for my phone that not only looked better but had better protection. Flaunt is only popular because stars have purchased their overpriced crap so they know everyone wants to have the same case as so and so. Beware before buying!

I ordered a case for the iPhone 14 that was listed under "magsafe cases" on their website during a July 4th promo sale. They don't staff support on the weekend so I wasn't able to double check that it was actually magsafe. The product details are confusing the way they categorize products on their website. Essentially, even though this product was listed in the magsafe cases section of the site - this one particular model isn't offered in magsafe. So I find all this out the Monday after I placed the order that the specific model I ordered is NOT magsafe. I contact support to cancel the order but it's already shipped so I request a refund... to learn that they're keeping $8.61 of my money for no reason whatsoever. I paid $48.26 and am only receiving $39.65 back. Even though they can turn around and sell it (unopened, new in box) for now $61.40 full price. I think their product listings are intentionally confusing and their return/ exchange policies are designed to make margin off "user error." I wouldn't recommend purchasing from them, and I certainly won't be doing it again.
EDIT: updating this rating and review from 1 star to 3 stars as they reached out and were able to refund me (nearly) the full amount I spent on the case once I returned it via USPS prepaid label. I am thankful for their customer support folks fixing the situation. If you decide to purchase from them, I'd recommend double checking the product details and consider purchasing their $3 "shipping protection" at checkout in case you have similar issues.

I really loved my case when I originally purchased it, but it started peeling less than a year later. I reached out to customer service and they said that Flaunt doesn't have a product warranty. They offered me a 30% discount that made the case more expensive than the promo they had on Amazon. I feel like for the price point, I would expect better customer service and quality. Also, their website is glitchy and I have a feeling that their reviews are auto generated because they never gave me the option to write a review when I originally purchased the case.

I just LOVE my FLAUNT Cases. I have three coming in the mail and 2 more AirPod cases and one gold ring. That black I bought the whole croc set in. So that will make four AirPod cases and one wallet and a total of eight cases, and 2 MagSafe rings, one in each metal color. I really can’t stand that I didn’t think of the mag ring first. This iPhone 16 Pro Max. I’ve had Pro Max for as many years as they started making them and this 16 I have dropped 10,000 times. But it is safe in my FLAUNT Cases. Lol, keep making such great cases you’ll keep seeing me in the checkout app! ❤️🥰❤️

I received my two items about 3 weeks after ordering.
Dissapointed in both of them. The structure of the cases is good, but the finishes aren't. I ordered the SQUARE® Black Patent iPhone Case, which looks nothing like patent, it's just a shiny hard plastic, which smudges. I also ordered SQUARE® Tan Suede Faux Leather iPhone Case, which I was surprised to see it's just a bit of felt stuck to the back of the case.
Won't buy from Flaunt again.

Update - flaunt refunded me the extra shipping charge for the exchange . I do appreciate they responded quickly to this . This did make me feel better .
! Honestly charge you just in case you have to return or exchange . Also shipping took long had to reach out to see why hadn’t shipped and conviently it shipped the day I wrote them almost within hour or response from then hmm.
Also got a key ring didn’t realize had to get a mag phone case thought it stuck to back like the others I have been getting for years, did exchange and they still charged me so disappointed in this company they use to be good . This will be my last purchase with them . Beware you would think for and exchange they wouldn’t charge well beware they do
Also they don’t last long I just got the one I have in December and already needed a new one this is why I ordered one again but for price and customer service lacking I am done

I finally decided to give in and order the satin iridescent iPhone case from FLAUNT after seeing it advertised on social media for months. I absolutely love the shape, feel and look of the case. The only reason I’m not giving it a full 5 star review is because I received my order on April 5 & after having it for a short amount of time the corners have chipped and the plastic is going to begging peeling the design off soon. For the price point & the advertising that they are durable cases I wasn’t expecting it to become damaged that quickly. it was only dropped from a very short distance ( ex : first time it slipped out of my hands while I was sitting at the table so it only fell a few inches, it didnt even fall on the floor or any substantial height it fell on the table I was sitting at and the corner immediately bent upwards, the bumps and chips right on the corners kind of ruins the look as the satin iridescent design is extremely flashy & light coloured) . It only slightly dropped 3 times since I’ve had it, so it was a little disappointing as I had high expectations after seeing all the great reviews about it and the cost of it ( almost 80$ for the cost of the case & shipping to Canada ) . Another reason for the lower stars is I did reach out about this about a week ago and only received what seemed like an automated reply that I couldn’t be helped since it had been over their exchange period so that really don’t sit right with me since they advertise that they are durable cases. It did protect my phone though, just a bit disappointing they couldn’t as much as replace it if it’s just a defective case as that’s all I was really asking for.

FLAUNT cases are unlike any others -- they truly are The Case I've been looking for ever since I got an iPhone. They are striking and easily identifiable. Customer service is prompt and usually very helpful.
My 4/5-star rating is not for the cases themselves, but for the business/marketing, which is savvy, sleek...and 100% directed toward cis women. This is a huge mistake. As much as I love FLAUNT, their cases don't have two X chromosomes; they should be for everyone. Diversify and you'll get more business! (Trust me--my pesky MBA from Harvard should be useful for something!)

Whelp…I love the look and the colors of the case, but the protection is garbage for my $1,599 iPhone 16 Pro Max. I did drop my phone a couple times and each time the corner of the Flaunt case popped off slightly and cracked my screen protector. If you never drop your phone, you probably won’t have the same issue…I really wish the edge was slightly raised and was tighter/stayed on better. The case also kind of pushes the glass screen protector creating lift in the glass. It was a brand new piece of glass I put on. I think you need to put on the glass screen protector when your Flaunt case is on so it aligns perfectly. Sooooo…off with the cute Flaunt case and back on with an uglier, but more protective case. I hope Flaunt steps it up and offers better protection. I’ll pay more!
