I have used the case for 3 months & it looks like I’ve been having it forever. Customer service is not helpful.

The item ruined my phone, it peeled my paint on my brand new phone, because the horn screw wasn't inserted correctly amd it damaged it i tried emailing but they said it exceeded the 10 days even tho I emailed them on the 8/9 day but it took them time to reply so it exceeded the days

I hate them. I made an order in October,2025 and never deceived it. We kept going back and forth through email, asking for a refund, but they just gave me the money back as credit. so what did i have to do? ORDER AGAIN. In January 2026, i finally decided i would risk it and order again with the credit they gave me.

And of course, you can guess what happened next, it is 28/2/2026 and STILL NOTHING. They are completely useless. I regret ordering from them.

Ordered from the UK, cancellation requested same day but shipped before response. International return costs + restocking fee meant losing ~75 of the order value. Just something international buyers should be aware of.
Spent £52 just to be offered £19 back…

I ordered a phone case from Urban Sophistication. While cute and trendy, the quality is very poor. The case started peeling soon after I bought it and I'm unable to return. I had to throw away the case after a couple months because it was peeling so much. I'll never be buying another case from them again considering the poor quality, especially for its high prices.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE/COMPANY. like many other reviews. company sends out totally different item or smaller items similar to what you order. Customer service will not refund and items, but clearly states on there website refunds with the 1st seven days received. SCAMMER ALERT

Package never arrived and Urban Sophistication dont acknowledge complaints and dont want to refund me. Dont buy from them.

• 27 October – Order placed. Website stated a delivery timeframe of 15 business days.
• 30 October – Order marked as shipped.
• 4 November – Last tracking update. No further movement after this date.
• Mid–late November – Contacted customer service multiple times as the order had not arrived and tracking showed no progress.
• Brand advised me to contact the courier, who confirmed that only the shipper could open an investigation.
• I requested a refund due to missed delivery timeframe and lack of tracking updates. This was refused, and I was asked to wait an additional 2–4 weeks for an investigation.
• December – Brand confirmed in writing that the order was lost.
• Instead of a refund, I was offered store credit only, with the explanation that I had not purchased optional “shipping protection.”

As the item was never delivered, I had to file a Goods Not Received dispute with my bank to resolve the issue.

Posting this review so other customers understand how lost orders are handled.

I bought a case from them and after just one year of normal use it was already peeling and falling apart. Despite that, I made the mistake of giving them a second chance and ordered another case.

When I tried to return it, the package was lost during the return process and never made it back to their warehouse. The worst part is that the store takes zero responsibility for the loss — no refund, no replacement, no store credit, no solution at all. Basically, if your return gets lost in their logistics chain, you’re the one who loses your money.

A terrible experience from start to finish. I won’t be buying from this store again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I ordered two of the same style case one for my daughter and later one for myself. The rhinestones on my daughter’s case keep falling off even though she takes so much care of her phone. She’s only been using the case for 2 weeks. I just put the case on my iPhone 16 pro and I cannot plug the phone charger to my phone with the case on. Obviously, the case was poorly made. For paying $130 for each case…I really expected better quality. I better get a replacement for both of us but from what I’ve heard Urban Sophistication offers poor customer service.

I received my iPhone 17 Pro Max case and firstly it doesn’t fit: it blocks about a third of my lower camera and covers all the microphone holes. The button cutouts are so flimsy that it FEELS like the buttons can pop out if pressed at an angle. For a $100+ case, this is just terrible. The product itself is terrible, and after weeks of reaching out to customer service via MULTIPLE social media platforms I sent clear photos and was told that “This is how our iPhone 17 cases fit,” and that nothing could be done.........so the case is meant to be nonfunctional? CRAZY.

If it could be a zero… it would. The case for the iPhone air is like a military case…. HORRIBLE AND EXTREMELY BULKY!!!!! UGLY!!!!! For $70!!!!!!!!! I asked to return it. Not only do you have to pay for the shipping, but a 15% restocking fee!!!!!! AND they want pictures of the box and case before they give you the info to return!!!!! Just a horrible company! The cases are not nearly as they are described! DON’T BUY FROM HERE!!!!! The silicone cases on Amazon for $15.00 are 1,000 times better than these guys. Please, listen to me and tell your friends. I will be using all of my social media to inform everyone about this company.

I've ordered a new iPhone case from this company. and it has manufacturing defects , and wrong proportion sizes that result in iPhone side buttons to be constantly engaged/volume going array. Screenshot functions no longer work. (Just like the any others experienced)

I sent a video of the phone in the case not working. Then they took 5-7 days to respond and disappeared again. Their response was to tell me that I should simply fix it "by pressing the button from inside the case will resolve it" (what the.... do you think I haven't tried that? but there are also other problems with the case like the case press the camera tight).

Urban Sophistication has 0 customer service mind nor case about their customers.

I was really skeptical about ordering from this company cause a lot of their reviews are not the best HOWEVER I just recently placed an order for the Rasberry Puffer Case and it was delivered to me in 8 days and I’m in State of Virginia in the US . It states on their website to allow 1-3 shipping days as well . With all that being said I am very pleased with my purchase . I love my case and I love the color , so bright . I would definitely purchase form them again but I can only afford them when it’s on sale lol . Their Puffer Cases are really to die for , so smooth and shiny and just oh soooo puffy 💜💜💜💜

Horrible Quality. I only bought some clothes because they were on sale and thought the brand was reputable and high quality. The opposite! I recieved my package fast but the fabric was very plasticy and could be ordered from SHEIN. They charge so much money even on sale for cheap materials.

Urban sophistication is a poorly run company that spends all of it's money on remarketing ads instead of investing in sound prototypes / viable products that encourage satisfied customers and repeat sales. Not surprised this company is Israeli based/led- they are the ultimate culture of thieves in today's society.

To receive a refund, they will ask to see a video of the phone in the case not working. Then they will take 5-7 days to respond. So if you live alone and don't have a second phone, good luck with the 10 day return window!

Company will ask you to perform ridiculous tasks with crazy long response times in hopes that you forget.

Urban Sophistication has proven they do not care about their defective products or their customers. Certainly not worth the large price point.

I ordered the case dark cherry from Urban Sophistication because I liked the design and thought it would protect my phone (for 65$ and with shipping and taxes I eventually had to pay 80$!!!) But honestly, I was already unsure when it arrived: there were small scratches on the volume buttons and a bit of glue near the button. It looked kind of cheaply made, like low-quality 3D print!

After only a few days, my phone fell from a very low height onto a surface — the side of the case got damaged immediately. Later it once fell on the street and the edge completely ripped apart. The sides of my case are already totally destroyed after this short time.

For this high price, I expected way better quality. The case barely protects my phone. I contacted the customer service but they didn’t offer any help because it had been more than 10 days since I bought it and they didn’t care at all about how bad the quality actually is. I wouldn‘t recommend- it looks cool, but the quality is poor, and they clearly don’t stand behind their product.

Spent £97 on their bratz rhinestone case, it came with one stone missing already and when i emailed them about it, i got no response. Beautiful case but the customer service is lacking considering their cases are not cheap!

Order not fulfilled. Received email saying that I have received my item but DHL tracking states it's still en route in Germany, and that was 5 days ago. I have no idea where my product is.
